Everything about this property was fabulous. Very easy access to parking, either on street or paid parking. The room was large, had ad a balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and cold food including fruit and cereal. The best I’ve had in Italy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is a little outside of the old town but it can be reached after a 15-20 minute walk.

I wish the intercontinental breakfast selection had a bit more choice. For me personally, the bed was a little too hard, but this is my personal preference..

Simply the best 4-star hotel in the region, close to Matera. The breakfast was excellent. The room was big, comfortable and warm, everything looked like new and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, even for those visiting Matera, especially if you want to avoid the crowd. You cannot beat the cost/benefit.

The location is just outside downtown Altamura, which limits the number of restaurants available nearby. Not a deal-breaker to me.

I stayed here for 2 nights, you normally expect that the room should be cleaned when you return at 19H00 .... this was not the case. Bed not made up and bathroom not been cleaned. Poor excuse from the staff that the room was occupied (I did office work so they could have knocked on the door) when they made their cleaning tour, I left the room at 13H30 so plenty of time during my absence to do the 15 min clean up. Otherwise nothing wrong with the service and accommodation, I will return to this hotel which is also have a very good restaurant.
