we traveled with baby. we received instead of superior a very large room. very comfortable, lots of space, very clean. the breakfasts and their size and variety impressed us. recommend

Very good breakfast and cleaning services

Extremely rude reception team, with the reception manager as the most rude. I came to the hotel as a business travel and I could not get the invoice. There is a big problem with this hotel and booking itself. When you book a business travel there is no clear comment at the booking process that you have to provide NIP number. But, the hotel reception is aware of that and not do anything! They could send the message before charging the card like - "please provide NIP number if you need invoice instead of receipt". Setting up such an automatic massage takes 5 minutes. Instead of that they prefer to argue with a guest, who spends ~$150 per night. My stay started with a lot of stressful moments.

Good location, tasty coffe.

Hotel facilitate mostly medical German tourists. Room small, leaking water from the ceiling, no shower gel in the shower. Atmosphere more like hospital than hotel. Staff not visible and not very helpful. Food avarage definitely not value for money. No choice of beer except their own. Wine spills on the stairs not cleaned for 12 hours.

Well prepared dining facilities. Clean Rooms and well tended to rooms. Solid WiFi. Really close to a lovely beach with a great café by the access point. Close to restaurants, shops, cafés and some seaside entertainment.

By far the least friendly reception staff we encountered, (check-in, check-out, enquiries). Strangely dark swimming pool... True to description, no children facilities + the hotel targets, and best caters to, foreign elderly and retirees crowd (95% of guests). The facilities reflect the target customer base, (something to keep in mind when planning a longer family stay with children).

Quite a big room and greit hotel location. Clean room and the breakfest where you can always find something for you.

Poor air conditioning. We have a feeling that is not working at all in the sommer time. You can also not open a windows due to insects and noisy births in morning time. The reception service is poor and not friendly, we did not feel as a quest but unwanted visitors. When we arrive we has been informed about extra charge for parking, that is but hidden price that you find by small letters. The parking is also not a 24h but just same as hotel day, so it's worth to pay extra in the parking in opposite road side.

breakfast and dinner buffet is just so limited. Not so plenty of options. Somehow disappointing.

The breakfast was really good. Unfortunately some of the other guests were a little impatient at the buffet. The staff in the restaurant was very busy.

We had to wait quite a time for the check in because the lady at the counter had a private conversation and didn`t pay attention to the guests. The rest of the staff was exceptionally friendly.

There were no Air conditioners meaning that you woke up sweating to the 33°C temperature....And as usual no toiletries included

almost nothing, but only the location of the hotel.

The room is not cleaned during the stay. The Bar is terrible had 1 lt of water instead of a cocktail which we indeed ordered :) so just stay away and dont fall for misleading photos.not worth for the money.

I asked the hotel to prolonged my staying for a few more hours ( reasons: I booked SPA procedures there 2. I had a birthday at the same day) The Hotel reject to prolonged my room and instead offered to stay in Garage !!! Something like to be client oriented- the hotel doesn’t know what it is. Spoiled impression and I didn’t go to their SPA
