Kids like the pool

There are so many things; 1) Beds in the room were uncomfortable. I had a backbone problem 2) House keeping ladies were so unprofessional. They keep coming the in the room for cleaning. Even you do not put cleaning tags outside door. It's really annoying. 3) I feel like there is no privacy. Couples must be careful. 4) We had breakfast & dinner. But there was no water included in it. We have to pay 50 to 100 lira for one or two bottles of water every time with dinner. There is shop outside hotel and same bottle of water cost 6,5 lira. But you are not allowed to bring it. 5) elevator always dirty. Cleaning standard are very bad. 6) Internet was super slow and does not work in the room. 7) Feels like waste of money.

No auto park it was difficult for us to find parking spot

Only car service to hotel and cleaner but she came my room whitout knoking The Door.

If you have lot of food allergis like i do have i dont regomend this Palace at all. I only eat on hotel and get food poiston and diaria 3 days . Also cleaner didn't speak english bed cheat was brokend and there was stains on sofa. Also cleaner come Rooma whitout cnoking The Door and did not undertand english also gym was from 90 centery and many of The studf was brokend.
