Good value for money with added access to local swimming pools

Noisy steps beside room Flooring could do with replacement as loose in places Fridge had rust on door

Access to the swim facilities was amazing for the kids and was lovely to see the children who spoke different languages interacting through play at the park that we could see from our balcony.I like that the soap is recycled also.

I'm not used to making my own bed on arrival when staying somewhere, needed bigger towels. Clearer information needed in different languages for the rubbish, we wasn't sure which was recycling.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Having the jonzac swimming pools beside the hotel is great. You can just walk there. There are nice tracks for short walks. Apartment we got was nice as always.

We found the kitchen sink filled with water ( from cleaning) on the first day. As we arrived after reception hours, our room was missing the key for the lights, so we were without light for two hours before we could get a solution.

stayed here many times, love the spa side of the pool. friendly staff.

lack of utensils. screaming kids till gone midnight. kids in spa area (would be nice not to have kids tbat side) properies need updating. cues for lunch in pool cafe poor. needs more seating outside,
