Anna is really hospitality person. She is so kind and helpfull.
Everything is ok for the price.

The owner, Anna, was very friendly and eager to attend to any of our needs. The breakfast, cooked by her, was delicious and included a variety of local goodies. The room was very clean and comfortable for two people. We would totally recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again.

The location was really great. We had everything needed there. We were amazed by the cleanness, absolute all utilities of the place, but also by the thoughtfulness and care of dear host, Anna. We enjoyed much our stay there. Thank you a lot! ❤️

Location was great, easy to park, clean, comfortable, with everything you need in the apartment. The surroundings were superb. Anna the host was the nicest person you could wish to meet, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was a fountain of knowledge and had a constant smile on her face. This is definitely a return to accommodation. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in every way.

The place is less than 5 minutes away from the beach and all the restaurants.

Μrs Anna is an excellent hostess! Very helpful and very kind! The facilities are super good, perfect clean with air condition, hair dryer, towel hangers in the bathroom, fridge, oven, and there is a spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and table! The studio is a very small complex so you don't feel the pressure from the activity of many neighbours. In the morning you can sit in the shade of the garden's bar-cafe and get a nice ice coffee. I totally recommend it for an economic and pleasant stay, I honestly think the best in the area!
The studio is located next to the road so it's not the peaceful countryside stay if you consider the noise of passing cars. Late in the night is calm though.

Great location, exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and well organized. The host, Anna, was amazing, very friendly and helpful (gave us some great indications for less known and beautiful beaches in Sithonia). We had also the option with the breakfast, which I recommend!
We had a room at the 2nd floor, with balcony and view both to the sea and the mountain.
The beach in Porto Koufo is small, but with a good view and organized with sunbeds and umbrellas; In the port there are also good Tavernas. If you come by car, Porto Koufo is a good location to visit both sides of the peninsula.
Overall, it was a wonderful location and, if ever back in Sithonia, I would definitely stay in Studios Kofos Limin!
