Nice location, parking available, polite staff, security day and night.

Not clean, lighting needs to be redone, stove barely functioning, disgustingly unclean bathtub, no towels ...

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel since there’s a lack of property also doors are broken, walls are peeled off, bathroom is smelly . There’s a huge difference between the pictures and reality, moreover there’s no way to contact the staff ,landlines are disconnected , when i inquired in reception they mentioned that most of people don’t use them and I should google the name and get the number from there , how ironic. The price is exaggerated for such quality and such service , also college students are staying in the hotel (apartments) which gives less value to the place in my opinions because sometimes you will be confused if you are in a hotel/resort or in a college campus that you are paying for. The only good part was the restaurant food it was delicious and the prices are reasonable, again the staff is not friendly at all. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Quiet place and so clean. Safe for a woman to stay in and the staff is Professionnel and welcoming.

Breakfast wasn't varied at all and was so limited. I would like to have a buffet-like experience or at least I can choose out of many options. Plus the star gazing at night is just FABULOUS!

The room was not clean enough, delivery can not drive inside village. We had to go next to the gate which was far.

all the experience was very bad, insects everywhere, electricity went off at night, no facilities except the fridge and cooker ( that was broken)

the chalet is in very bad condition! I felt so sad to see that (humidity) green walls! horrible only one swimming pool is working and it was dirty!

No air conditioning. Can't open the windows because of insects. No lights at corridors, totally dark at night. Kitchen Heater is not working well

The location on booking.com is not correct, use the location on google maps. You need to have a car since the location is far from city center.

The Chalets are not clean enough. The Chalets are not well taken care of. Facilities are subject of improuvment.

the receptionist guy was just horrible. doesn’t deserve to be there at all and I would not recommend the hotel just because of him.
