Quiet, calm, away from noise. Loved that the host provided starter coffee and coffee maker ☺️. She also gave us tips on where to hike/bike in area and other local info. Would def recommend this place.
Bathroom is down stairs from the bedroom. I did not realize this when I booked, even though is was probably in description.

The property is lovely, with lots of great outdoor spaces to sit, read, and watch the birds. We rented bikes and explored and also walked to nearby stores, restaurants and midsommer eve party.

Stunning location overlooking the bay from Käsmu peninsula. Peaceful, idyllic and so quiet

Of the several units ,(although all seemed great), we reserved the sea front unit. The first floor sitting area and the romantic 2nd floor bedroom both had large windows facing the grassed yard and the sea. Quiet location at any time of year, although we were in the off season in early September. Has A/C for summer. Nice family lives on the property. Kasmu Restaurants are not open in the off-season but this was no problem because there is a year-around Kasmu small store nearby that stocks basic esssentials to make meals. Apartment has cooking facilities, plates, cooking pots, etc. It also makes hamburgers and has several small tables inside to eat and have coffee. It also has other items such as batteries, etc. The food store prices were lower than in central Kallinn. Thanks for the fresh apples from the apple trees on the property. Parking on the site. Well-maintained property and dwelling interior.

The location is amazing, right by the sea, very beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. Hosts very very friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.
One thing I was surprised by in a negative way was that there was information that everything for cooking was provided, but the pan and pots were so small that it was pretty hard to cook a real meal on them. Also, there is no oven, which is okay but it limits the possibilities for cooking.

Booking.com cheated with pricing. Beware people-rake screenshots throughout Booking.com process. Otherwise big surprises happen.

Pluses
- The environment is well maintained, peaceful and beautiful. Sitting groups here and there in the garden.
- The apartment is clean.
- Käsmu village has charming villas along the main road and one exellent restaurant.
Cons
- The owners are formally friendly. But it was not for examble possible to charge the plug in hybrid car.
Was not also available a fan for the hot bedroom upstairs or permission to use air conditioner.
- The resident does not feel very welcome if there are prohibition signs right at the door. Exact rules
for a little bit of everything! This affects comfort.
- The kitchen space is very small compared to the size of the apartment. There is no dishwasher
and the dishes must be washed when leaving.
- If you break something (even its not much of value), you have to pay.
- You have to leave the apartment at 11. The next hour costs 15e. These ar things we have never
seen elsewhere.
- The beach is beautiful, but not suitable for swimming.

Friendly host, quiet place front of the sea, good place to feel connected to the wildlife. The appartment is cosy: you got kitchen with dishes and bathroom with supplies, soft bed with sea view.

It had its own access to sea, which was lovely. Very romantic location, might be good for bird watching. Hosts were super nice and everything was spottless.

The hosts were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary info. They also offered us a delicious homemade pie. I can totally recommend taking a boat to swim in the Käsmu bay. A small tip: on June 23rd you can enjoy the big St John's Day bonfire close to the museum.

Amazing place to relax and forget about busy city life. Beautiful garden and sea view! Clean and comfortable two storied apartment. Equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom.
Owner is very nice and helpful. Gave us best advices.
During the weekend we didn't leave Käsmu at all! Hiking trails and coastal walks are great!

Excellent location, lovely and caring hosts, plenty of room and privacy. Everything you could need for a longer stay in the kitchen. Nice trails for walking. Perfect place for anyone who seeks tranquility. Sea view from your comfortable beds.

Beautiful location in a lovely garden by the sea. We couldn't see the sea from our apartment but the outlook was still pleasant, our own private patio and trees beyond. The main garden is wonderful with lots of places to sit and a jetty. The location is good for exploring the Kasmu peninsula. We stopped at the Sagadi Manor restaurant on our way on the first evening and it was lovely.
Nothing really. The only down side was that we were there on a Monday and Tuesday night so the nearest restaurant was closed. The nearest alternative we found wasn't particularly good but if you are prepared to drive 20 minutes you can find better restaurants. A bit more expensive than most of the places we stayed but it was beautiful and in a National Park
