Not much.

First, I indicated arrival time 16h00, but arrived 16h30 due to traffic congestions (taxi strike), but there was no one at reception to receive me. Someone, probably the handiman, had to phone the gent to come and receive me, who came about 10 min later. I had to hurry to be in time for the course. Second, they said that breakfast will be served at 08h00. They only arrived at 08h10, and still had to prepare breakfast. I had a course at 09h00, which I just made in time, which was not ideal. Third, at 02h30 the next morning a bulb of one of the light fittings in the ceiling started to switch on and off, until I had to get on a chair and remove the same from the fitting. On examination the next morning I learned that it was a rechargable bulb. It resulted in a very bad night's sleep. This, I understand could not be foreseen by them, but other things in the room like the blinds look tired and needs some maintainance. The wash basin probably needs a new washer for the tap as it gives very little water when opened.

Light was flikkering at loadshedding could not swith it off and the rats in the seiling did not stoo till the morning....

The room was exactly what we needed, we had one night in Stellenbosch, and our accommodation was very good. I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette facilities in the room, whilst I didnt bring supplies to benefit from this facility, I certainly will do next time.

We came through for a wedding and only spent the one night there so everything was the way you would expect. Unfortunately we did not stay longer to be wowed by the staff... I am sure that would have been the case.

Nothing that we experienced on the night that was negative for us.

Clean, excellent value for money, lovely friendly staff with a sense of humour, central. Highly recommended!

Obviously, the value for money bit means minor imperfections like a remote that's batteries are dead or a broken blind in an obscure curtained window. But so insignificant that not even worth mentioning.

Location was decent and quiet, nice bed

Bathroom on opposite side of the hallway (but this was mention in the description before i booked), bad lighting in the room

The room and bathroom were clean and the bedlinen, too, was nice and clean. The proximity to the Winelands Mediclinic was perfect for our purpose.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped. A microwavable dish or two would have been useful. It was very difficult without a sink and tap. It was awkward filling the kettle in the bathroom sink. There was a great deal of noise, especially doors banging, which is particularly irritating late at night.

I like the place alot room was very nice area was good and safe walking distance to shopping centre

I didnt like that we stayed 2 nights and no one came the following day to clean our room we had to use the same towels and same dirty dishes from the day before that is literally thee only problem i had their staff never came to clean when i left thats just bad service straight up

The host was really kind and the place was nice.

We didn't know that the rooms were not in the main building with the reception. We had to walk few minutes from one building to another, which was not a big deal, if we were informed in advance.
