Clean, comfortable, basic accommodation.

I think it is ideal for short stays, the receptionist was very helpful with advice and the room was clean, access to metro. They offer self check-in options if you arrive late

You have to reserve the parking in advance and pay 10E for it, if you don't carefully read the description in Booking you won't know about it and the property doesn't contact you to send information in advance. The bathroom was also very small

Don't stay at this pension. This pension was the worst accommodation in my travel experiences in Europe for the last 15 years. The pension was too expensive for its quality. The room and the bathroom is so small. You can not even move when you take a shower. The Wi-Fi didn't work, but they didn't gave any solution. You can not expect anything to be called service.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in. Great location for going to an event at the BEC, right near the metro and an easy walk to/from the exhibition center.

I was on the first floor and there was a fair amount of noise early in the morning, doors slamming, street cleaning vehicles etc

The Pension was close to the Cruces Metro and bus stops to go into Bilbao. It was basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. Nearby were several bars and restaurants offering pintxos and menu del dia. All of them were excellent value.

It was a bit noisy at night, both from other guests and street noise. We slept with windows open when it was warm, but unfortunately mosquitoes took advantage of us.

The location just opposed to a metro station is optimal. The staff was helpful. The terrace is quiet. So all in all a nice small hotel in a quiet suburb with excellent connection to the city.

The English of the staff was sometimes only rudimentary. The room is relatively small compared to other such hotels.

The pension is just in front of the metro station – so in 15 minutes you are able to be in the city centre of Bilbao. Very close is also a nice cafe where you can have very good breakfast. There is a parking for 10 euro per day. Room was big enough and comfortable.

During one night there were a noice from other rooms – some arguments and drunk people so we were not sleeping very well.
