Our crossing from the UK was delayed and we arrived well after the reception had closed. However, within minutes someone was attending to us and gave us all the information we needed regarding the facilities. We were given a small tray as a welcome gift as well as a small ballotin of Leonidas chocolates. When checking out we were given a generous incentive (3 nights for the price of 2) to use on our next visit.
Also, the lady in charge made us feel very, very welcomed and enquired about our well being, this despite having herself also lost a very close family member a couple of days previously. We admired her courage in ensuring her clients were fine.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. The only thing we would have preferred would have been to have a room tab for our meals in the hotel instead of having to pay the restaurant after each meal. From our point of view, it would have been more practical.

Various little things that wer're really appreciated. Comfortable bed, room with large clean windows, bathroom comfortable with a large shower,table chairs 2 tv's. Breakfast good for its price and friendly, efficient dining room staff.
Easy free parking. A special thank you to the owner who took an interest in my wife who was not well on the last night.
I prefer the easy parking they have to offer here and then going to different places nearby via car. However if you prefer to pay to leave your car in a car park or garage then leave the hotel on foot then this might be a drawback for you.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Paid lovely attention to details. The room itself was great and true to the pictures. It had a roof top terrasse as well as a front terrasse, especially the kids corner was well appreciated before dinner. We would definitely return again.

Thank you for the kids gifts on check in and sweets in the room. The kids play room was a winner for the stay. My kids really enjoyed breakfast too plus the shop.

Nice, clean and calm rooms. Very children friendly place: small presents for the kids upon arrival, play room next to the restaurant, with us having been seated close to it. Professional staff, almost anticipating your needs and wishes. We will come again.
