First of all the place is much nicer than the already nice pictures. There are just 5 little houses in the midst of olive trees. each house is very well equipped and has its own terrace. There is a pool and a small restaurant with a bar run by the great hosts, Pepe and Christoff. We stayed at Asfendamos in the end of the season and there were mainly elderly couples like us, so it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. The beach of Kakvatos is the greatest beach I have ever seen. It is still a natural place. You cross the street and walk through a magic pine forest, climb the dunes and there you are. The air in October was rich of pine, thyme and salvia aroma. Hotspots like Olympia are in 30 min distance by car.

Usually we stay not many days at one place but at this place we would have stayed much longer.

Everything was perfect: location is dreamy, hosts are very friendly, the appartment had all facilities you can think of and it's perfectly clean! There are military jets in the area which do make some noise, but overall the atmosphere of the resort fully makes up for that. Already looking forward to going there again.

First of all the owners Dimitri and Pepi are absolutely delightful people and superb hosts who really look after you. The location is incredible, with traditional-style stone chalets tucked away in an old olive grove and a five minute walk (through a pine forest) to a completely deserted yet beautiful sandy beach. The food & drink onsite is excellent and great value and the pool is wonderful and kept spotlessly clean. Probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in, despite not being even near the most expensive!
