Beautiful stay, our rooms right at the beach. The thing that touched us the most, were the beautiful people working there. Always with a smile. The restaurants were great. We have had a wonderful stay.

The bathroom can have an update.

The suite was luxurious, everywhere was spotless, staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make your stay the best ever! Spa treatments excellent.

Having to reserve your sun-bed every morning Menu in restaurants similar every day - although you did have 4 to choose from! Brochure mentions quieter area of beach for couples etc but this was used by families with young children so not always peaceful and relaxing!!

I thought the Italian Sparkling water could have been provided by a carbonating machine on site in recyclable plastic bottles.

property was not regularly cleaned and we contracted a very bad virus while there. we have been unwell for a week. our doctor has told us that the virus we have picked up will very likely be from contact. when we told people we were unwell these comments were brushed off

Amazing facility! Love the staff and service is unmatched. Resort is beautiful and attention to detail is terrific. Food at all resturants is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I went for all inclusive and it was priced fairly and well worth it as the cocktails are amazing. No surprise charges at the end and make sure to use the spa, tennis and take advantage of the amazing activities ( a lot of them are complimentary ).

My room had a leak which made half my clothes wet as my case was directly under the leak. The manager sorted it out quickly and gave the issue attention (also dry cleaned my clothes) but I was expecting something more… Maybe a complimentary treatment or something as it was a bit of an inconvinience waking up to half your clothes being wet. Nevertheless, these things happen but I would still give this place a 10/10.

The staff are brilliant, with you and your kids. the location is incredible and the suites are great. Food is excellent too.

Warm welcome by all staff, resort was great, beach was clean all staff always willing to help when asked. My first floor garden suit was great.

The pool is very nice and the access to the beach is a plus. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing A lot of activities onsite to keep you busy all day The Wifi is awesome

Difficult to find the staff at the beach to order food or cocktails sometimes The staff was mostly nice with a few exception Felt a little bit disorganized at time and very difficult to reach the concierge before travelling to organize some extras during the stay. The food is very disappointed and overly pricey. Not worth at all for what you pay/eat. Our bathtub was damaged with ceramic coming off at the bottom, not optimal with a baby

The food, service and location were all first class with no feeling that as an all-inclusive guest there was any compromise in choice or quality. The staff were all amazing and service was faultless. Loved the excellent complimentary yoga and pilates classes.

I'd have liked to see more Caribbean food on the menus

Beautiful hotel and nice bay. We had to postpone our trip because of Covid and the staff was very helpful in making this happen. Felt VERY comfortable Covid-wise (great measures in place). Breakfast was very good. Good gym, spa and Yoga/Pilates classes. Did a few boat trips which were very fun. Pleasant life music in the evenings (especially at the Jetty bar). Helpful staff in terms of booking cabs, renting a car, withdrawing USD etc.

The hotel restaurants are very expensive (all food is on the island, but always felt a bit overpriced). The rooms have amazing views but their finishing is probably a bit basic for a LHW hotel (esp. the bathroom & bathroom amenities)

Amazing location which the hotel makes the most out of. Really peaceful, relaxed vibe, perfect to unwind whilst still having plenty of options for activities. Staff were all fantastic - friendly, helpful and attentive
