Apartments are positioned in the beeautifull wood, close to the sea. Lot of beaches with shade, and long walking path by the sea, all the way to Porec. Scent of pine and salt in the air.
Loud music in the evenining from the nearby all inclusive hotel. Loud music from nearby summer stage at the beach. Sea was dirty this time :(

Location was in a campus near the beach. The reception was open 24 hours. Parking spaces nearby.
A lot of bugs spiders ants and other animals crawl all over the room ! It feels like I was 30 years back and the time has stopped. 30 years ago I think this location was four stars but in the mean time nothing changed.

We booked a 1-night stay with friends, 4 adult people, through Booking.com, with a price of 153 EUR/1 night. Based on our experience during this stay, there is no single thing related with accommodation that we booked and service that we have experienced, that we could evaluate as positive.
After we arrived to the apartmant, we immediately noticed a few ants in the kitchen behind the kitchen faucet. Since we were hungry and tired, we just went out for dinner. When we arrived back around 9pm, we experienced a shock - the kitchen was covered with thousands of ants that came out from the walls and behind the kitchen furniture! We immediatelly reported the problem to their application, went back to the reception and asked for help with the situation. As a »solution«, the receptionist employee offered us 2 different insecticides (BioKill and I think Neo-StarrPlus) – both had a warning on the label about severe toxicity, that the product should not be used indoors, that good ventilation is necessary and that it could cause allergies. Since we were planning to get to bed, we have refused this solution and requested another accomodation just to spend the night. The receptionist did find another accomodation (outside the resort, since the resort was fully booked), but his manager didn't approve it and had insisted that the only solution that they could offer us were these 2 insecticides or to send a cleaning lady to clean the apartment again. Since we didn't have any other option, we returned to the apartment and waited for the cleaning lady to arrive. She came indeed, without any cleaning accessories, having a bottle of one of two poison insecticides that they offered us in the first place!!! Since we just wanted to go to bed and since the label said it shouldn't be used indoors, we rejected using this insecticide and gave up. Next morning at the check-out we again verbally complained to the manager, asked to do a written reclamation and asked for a money refund, but the reception manager refused it and directed us to complain to Booking.com. She also refused to give us the print-out of errors reported to use them when making a reclamation through Booking.com.

Nice place, a bit vintage, but great value for money (offseason), surrounded by trees, just steps from the beach, lovely terrace, friendly staff.

The house is located in a nice parki. Social realism architecture reminding me of past time. Nera to the beach.

Very basic accommodation, apartments very close together, no privacy, noise pollution all night long. Accommodation would be suitable for a very young adults.
No AC or fan, impossible to open the window due to a constant party noise from the outside. Neighbors patio very close by, conversation & music can be heard from everywhere.

Our original booking was Apartments Astra Plava Laguna, but was informed that Plava laguna is closed and got offer for Bellevue apartments and villas at Zelena laguna. Prior to confirming the offer I asked if it is a downgrade we were offered, will any additional payment be necessary and would it make a difference if we change our booking to one week later. A message via booking.com was not answered in a substantial amount of time, so I wrote an e-mail. The e-mail was answered within 24h. We were offered an upgrade, no additional payment necessary, they had no information regarding opening of Plava laguna due to COVID-19.
I accepted an offer and was surprised to find much older, battered and worn out apartment then the one in pictures I got via e-mail.
I asked the receptionist about the apartment and show her the link I got. At first she claimed that it was some random e-mail from booking.com. After showing her that it was a message from Resort, she answered me that that apartment would cost us some 180€ more and that I should come back and talk to her boss. We had no such wish after initial reception.
The apartment was spacious with nice and comfortable mattresses. The microwave oven did not spin, but did heat up the food. The hair drier in the bathroom was functioning, but the handle was broken and fell off repeatedly. There was a leakage at the ceiling above the toilet. One of the lamps was broken and tilted due to wardrobe that was placed there. App was useless. And so on.
Reception at the Bellevue was not so good. The receptionist did not notice us at several occasions. The only one that gave us attention and a smile was a receptionist with short hair that we met only once at checkout. She actually came from the back to up front after marking that her colleague is not getting her head up from the computer despite us being right in her eyesight. Believe that professional and service minded workers name was Lorena.
Overall not likely we are coming back.
