the staff was great

Alegria Hotel is very well located. Right in front of the bus Cruz del Sur station. Get out of the bus, cross the street and you are in the Hotel. Clean hotel, air condition in the room, very nice pool area and good breakfast. We had no time to use the pool, but it was nice and clean. Very friendly staff. There is an elevator, so no need to bring your bags up the stairs. The staff is helping with the bags. There is luggage storage room too. Very happy we booked this hotel away from the noise of the main street, where you can find very decent restaurants and its only 5 min walk from the hotel.

staff didn’t seem to care about guests- disinterest and some quite rude. breakfast was very poor- no plates , no staff visible, breakfast food plates not replenished , fruit looked like it had been there a while

Perfect location, bus station just across the street, and there is a Nazca line air plane company just located next door. Staying here save us a lots of time. Great breakfast!

Very good value for money 3*, nice clean cozy room, nice looking hotel and lovely pool, however when I was there it wasn't very warm and only a few kids braved to plunge in. The poolside though was getting the sun late morning/early afternoon and it was a nice spot to sunbathe and relax. The hotel is right next to the bus station (they'll come meet you which is nice) and like 3mins walk from main road.

No bottled water in the room

Upon our arrival by bus in Nasca we opened up Google Maps to see how far from our hotel we were. Imagine our surprise when it was less than 200 meters from the Cruz del Sur bus terminal! Most rooms are built surrounding the pool, which looked nice (though we did not have time to go swimming). The room, though a bit outdated, was nice and clean. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from several nice restaurants, which was ideal for us.

Breakfast was included in our stay, but we did not enjoy it. If staying here again we would go out to get breakfast elsewhere. When we checked out the staff at the reception was not very friendly, which was a letdown.

The location is ideal - we took an evening bus from Ica to Nazca and the hotel is directly opposite the bus station which was great as we had arrived so late, we crossed the road and were there! Its also only a few minutes walk into the main streets of Nazca where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful too and our room was clean and spacious.

Generally everything was fine but a few more smiles from the staff would have been appreciated, especially at breakfast. Wifi was good - shower had good pressure and was hot. Location is about 10 minutes from main square. Loved having the swimming pool to use. The garden is really beautiful.

Staff were a bit surly and didn't speak any English.

Everything, Feels at home at this hotel very tranquil and beautiful pool and garden. and it’s only across from Crus del sur bus station. Breakfast also very tasty and big portions.
