Service was fabulous! Super clean! And mega staff! Signatur Swimup room was precisely the way to go! Loved it!

A clearer differentiation between AI and AI+ would have been helpful! If you are as picky as we are with food, one can still find a decent selection of food to enjoy!

Service was too bad. We arrive at the hotel around 23.00. The person there was rude and ironic. They gave us a room like it is for the room for the service.

Sea view swim up (signature) room was great. Very new, well appointed and comfortable, though a little small and cramped. Service throughout was excellent with a genuinely friendly and polite manor. Food and drink good and varied.

The Tasia website clearly states for this room ‘priority’ early and late checkout but there seems to no more priority for this level of room than any other. In fact, the staff stated it was priority subject to availability which gives no confidence to book on the expectation that you will get priority. In fact there is less chance as only a few of this type of room. It’s a misleading statement. There was no opportunity to have a smoke free environment in any outdoor area. People go to holiday resorts to be outside and should have the ability to enjoy that smoke free. It was particularly annoying from adjacent balconies which also had quite a bit of speakerphone noise. Though not the fault of the hotel, they could encourage people to be more respectful and considerate in this matter when their habits clearly affect others. Also music from the main bar and from pool bar - both ok on their own but frequently clashed with each other when heard from swimup balcony rooms. Just one or the other would be fine but not both! Only one bottle of water for whole stay is a bit mean! They are very cheap in supermarkets across the road, but would have been nice if provided - it’s a basic necessity. Also no shower gel unless requested. Signature rooms are very nice and do have good sea views of the blue water there. Website needs better photos of these new rooms as they are worth it despite the above comments, but attention to these would make this place even better.
