Que se hiciera el cobro a la tarjeta si llegar al hotel ya que tenía pensado utilizar otro método de pago además en la confirmación decía que se cobraba en el lugar

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, lots of fruit and toast. The park is very pretty en the swimmingpool nice and clean
Our room was very very basic, not even a nightlight near the beds. The WiFi was broken and no where on the property available. A little router at the reception would have been very helpfull.

Kamer was prima in orde. Ontbijt zelf was ook goed, in buffetvorm.
De ontvangst. Personeel was onduidelijk of er nu wel of niet diner was en hoe laat. Op dat moment leek er een buffet voor een grote groep te zijn.
Bouwvakkers waren aan het werk. Op zich had je er weinig last van al waren ze wel bezig buiten een kamer met balkon terwijl de kamer bezet was. Vreemd.
Zwembad net dag dat wij er waren in onderhoud. Kan gebeuren. Kleine badje was prima. Tijdens eerste ontbijt stond de achtergrond muziek keihard en waren alle tafels voorzien van ‘gereserveerd’. Dus wij hoefden niet te ontbijten? Tweede ochtend was er weer nieuw gezelschap dat ook al weer ging vertrekken. De bussen stonden naast het restaurant warm te draaien zodat je elkaar bijna niet kon verstaan. Wij zouden dit hotel qua vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid personeel niet aanbevelen maar de kamer was op zich prima

The location was convenient and the room was acceptable.
The breakfast bar was swarmed with flies with them eating the food and was very unsanitary. We also waited to check out for 30 mins but no one was at the desk. The pools close early.

Ubicación perfecta si no quieres estar en La Fortuna. El personal es muy agradable y nos ayudaron con todas las actividades que queríamos hacer. El hotel esta muy bien cuidado, especialmente los jardines, que son preciosos!
Las habitación que nos tocó era bastante básica. Vendría bien una pequeña nevera y mejor iluminación indirecta, especialmente en habitaciones familiares.
Una sugerencia también es que pongan un portamaletas que los huéspedes puedan usar. Nosotros acabamos arrastrando maletas cómo pudimos. Una de las chicas de la limpieza muy amablemente nos ayudó.

The hotel is charming, right in front of the volcano which makes the view incredible. The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes or less by car to the center. The staff was always very friendly, giving us advice. The breakfast is very complete, it is buffet style. We really loved this hotel.

Very clean, no bugs, comfortable beds, nice shower and great pool facilities. Breakfast was also quite nice and the view on the volcano was amazing.

It has stunning views of the volcano. The staff were very kind.
There’s no dinner place on site so you either have to go the Korean restaurant at the front (very expensive) or Uber into town.

Had the best views and simple but fantastic facilities. Couple of pools, very quite, clean and comfortable! Big rooms with lost of space and a absolutely perfect view of the volcano from everywhere.
Toilet made quite the noise when the water was running. Slightly tricky to get to around, have dinner etc. if you don't have a car as it's about 8km from the town.

Located just outside of La Fortuna (away from the traffic, noise & neon signs) but close enough to drive in.

We stayed in a bungalow and it was so nice and private. There’s an amazing view of the volcano and 2 great pools to swim in. We loved that there was a full fridge and microwave.

Very good view from the volcano once you exit the room and go down to the edge of the hotel.
We stay in a Double Room with Two Double Beds (the first night we stayed in a bungalow with garden views) and it was extremely loud. Very thing walls, we could listen to the guests from the left and the right, all conversations and we were so unlucky that we had aggressive and loud ones.
No intimacy from this rooms.

The location was excellent in regards to the volcano Arenal.
We got very good advice to where to go, best place to see the volcano and other must see in the areas.
The first night we were in a bungalow, and we could sleep well, without noise.
The breakfast very mediocre. Artificial fruit juice they claimed it was natural.
The music during breakfast was extremely loud and when telling them they would not turn it down.

Wow! I think we lucked into one of the two best rooms in the hotel. Super easy check in. Receptionist gave us the key for room 13. We walked all the way to the end of the property our room was not one of the cute bungalows. We were last room 2nd floor in the bigger building. At this point we were not expecting much other than a very reasonably priced room. walked into a nice clean room, sat on the bed and Boom, there is Arenal volcano out the two giant windows of our room! Watched for hours as the clouds rolled past eventually revealing the top. Pool was cool and refreshing. Free breakfast was delicious! location is very close to all Fortuna and Arenal activities.
No hot springs pool.

the reception was great and helped us to decide our adventures for the next days. the breakfast was absoultely fantastic with also local food that we could try and eat as much as we wanted. very friendly staff and the garden around is impressive!

As everyone mentioned, the view of the volcano and the property is beautifully maintained. The two pools looked great, however the one closest to us did not have water until late in the afternoon of our second day, so unfortunately couldn't use it. Paola was very helpful and kind at breakfast and reception. At breakfast, we enjoyed the coffee, eggs, fruit and pancakes.
Our room (standard double) did not have a fridge, while the rest seemed to have one. I'm not sure why that's the case, as every hotel room we've ever stayed at in different countries have a mini fridge. There was no shower mat, so water would spill on the bathroom floor. Wifi would sometimes disconnect.

Great/quiet location, wonderful hot and cold breakfast, nice staff, excellent volcano view, room service daily, clean facilities, something broke in our room and they were very quick to fix it, would absolutely stay again!
As with any older property the hot water is limited and walls are thin. did not impact our experience at all.
