Perfect location, very spacious and clean room. Spacious bathroom with hot shower. Staff very accommodating. Free ticket to the chair lift up the mountain. Nice breakfast.
Bed a little hard for my taste, and quite a lot of noise from the traffic outside.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a delightful little balcony from which we could enjoy the magnificent view. Breakfast was excellent—plentiful and delicious. Service was friendly and helpful.
The location is great for enjoying Castello/Kastelruth and using the convenient for bus to other town and the cable car for Alpe di Suise
The only minor downside of our room with a great view was some traffic noise when the door was open. it was quite bearable given all of the other pluses.

the host was very friendly, we arrived very late for the check in and he waited for us and explained a lot of things about the place. He gave us a lot of recomendatios. Breakfast is perfect! everything was perfect.

Really good family-owned hotel in the center of Kastelruth, with own parking, great service and spacious modern rooms. Excellent value.

The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, there were many things (sweet/savoury) and they provided hot drinks from the bar. The room was standard but cozy.
There isn’t a bidet in the toilette and the bathroom in general is old, it needs to be renovated.

Breakfast was a great spread of meats, cereals, bread and a warm item (usually eggs). We stayed here for 3 nights as we loved this family run hotel! The breakfast server remembered our drink orders, we got to know the owners and felt very welcome. Rooms are a decent size for the price in the Dolomites (we ended up in two different rooms) with a little seating area in each of them. We loved the little town as we found the major towns in the Dolomites to be too touristy. This place felt homier and was an excellent base for nearby attractions!
There is no elevator which may be a problem for some people with heavy luggage/mobility issues. It was often that there was not someone at the front desk and the lights in the main foyer were turned off at night, which didn't lend to an evening atmosphere - but this is an active/small town for skiing and hiking so it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast was excellent, staff are very welcoming and helpful, bus stop directly across the street, grocery store within in a block and facility has a great snack and dessert cafe/bar with a beautiful view. Rooms a bit dated though exceptionally clean.
