Super Lage, Garage am Haus, tolle Küche und gemütlicher Balkon
Viele Spinnweben, Schlieren auf Spiegel, Teppich im Wohnzimmer sehr dreckig, Wasser in Duchwanne fließt nur sehr sehr langsam ab, Aufgang zur Eingangstür schmuddelig, in der Garage liegt Müll.
Die extra bei Wohnungssuche ausgewählte Spülmaschine war bei Ankunft defekt, Möglichkeit zur Reparatur hat es nach Rücksprache nicht gegeben. Versprochenes finanzielles Entgegenkommen bisher ausgeblieben.
Wenn die Mülltonne in der Wohnung voll ist gibt es keine Info/ Hinweis wohin damit. Gerade im Sommer bei 30°C fängt ein Mülleimer nach drei Tagen auch mal an zu stinken. Sehr unangenehm.
Unterkunft hat sehr viel Potential, wenn man diese anständig pflegen würde, so wird sie von uns leider nicht mehr gebucht

A neighbour parked in front of our garage three times during our stay which meant we were blocked in.

The apartment had a full kitchen, Balcony facing the street, very nice bedroom and bath. We were there for the wine festival weekend. The apartment is just far enough from town that it's was quite.!! On Sunday was the parade and we had front row seats from the balcony. Excellent location !!! It's easy walking distance to village and area. We really enjoyed our time in Bernkastel and this was a great place to stay. !! Highly recommend !!

Excellent location....but the location also has a down side...
Staying in the house is a bit by being in an aquarium....everybody stops in front of the house to photograph it and since the house has really big windows you are constantly stared at....and if you try to sit on the balcony, people greet and talk to you constantly.
