Excellent location. Clean studio.

Tired looking. Small adjustments could improve overall impression. Some time and money needs to be spent. The advertising of the property said there was a taverna at the property and breakfast was available this was not the case. This was closed and unattended. We understand we visited at the end of the season but this does not explain the lack of house keeping of the surroundings.

The shower was very small and some shower gel would have been nice. Restaurant didn't seem to function.

Location, location, location. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the water. Nice and friendly owner.

There was no trash can in the room, only the one in the bathroom.

Cute little suites perfectly situated 50 meters from the water. We rented two rooms for three nights. Parking readily available, lovely balconies with ocean views, and the most kind hosts. Eateries within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.

I liked it very much. Just what I was looking for

Located in quiet side street just by the bustling centre of Kardamyli. Easy access to the sea - small stony beach and jetty with robust modern swimming ladder for access to deeper crystal clear waters. Professional and friendly proprietors. Health precautions are scrupulously maintained and cleaning to a ver high standard. Linen washed and pressed. Old Kardamyli v accessible on foot. Loads of good eateries and coffee shops and drinking establishments to suit every pocket.

We look forward to visiting the taverna when we come next time.

We have stayed at this property several times over the last few years. Our accommodation was a well equipped and very clean room with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a small kitchenette area. We stayed in a studio that can accommodate 3 people, and I can recommend this room as it has a bit more space. It has a wraparound balcony with views towards the sea to the front, and side views over the village square. The property is in the central part of Kardamyli and within 5 minutes walk from swimming spots and the beach, restaurants, the supermarket and the old town from where you can access paths going up the mountains overlooking Kardamyli. We like staying in the centre of town close to everything and the accommodation is very good value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we stayed for 2 weeks.

Lovely host. Restaurant was closed this year due to on site family member in a Covid-19 "at risk" group. Sensible precaution, and plenty of other places nearby to eat. Hand sanitiser provided in communal areas and in all rooms. Social distancing & wearing of face coverings respected everywhere in Kardamyli too. Far safer than the UK right now.
