Nice location overlooking Freetown and the ocean. Quiet hotel with a nice breakfast. Internet is good too.

Customer service was very good
I arrived at the hotel on one of the days during heavy rainfall; one of the staff was standing inside, but he was not initiative enough to bring an umbrella outside to help me work out of my car. I was held up in the car for a while. I wasn't happy with this.

Location and breakfast options.
Value for money here is lacking. There was no working desk/table provided in the room. There were chairs around what looked like a cocktail table. Having floor mats on the room and bathroom entrance would be great. I think a room that's 100USD+ per night deserves a proper working desk.

The restaurant was very good
We stayed on the 30th of December on a night they were holding an event right in front our room at the pool area. we only found this out in the afternoon of our stay, they assured us that the music would finish at 130 and the extremely loud music didn’t finish until 430 am which meant we got no sleep before our 630 wake up. We would have liked some advance notice and the option to cancel and rebook at another hotel.

All staff was very friendly. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the hotel is wonderful, the food is lovely, the pool clean.

Staff was friendly
The location over the hill is beautiful to enjoy for sightseeing. However, you might struggle to find transport if you don't have a car or a bike unless you always rely on the one at the lobby.

The staff is very helpful, nice and professional. The location is beautiful, with a great view on Freetown, seafront, and an amazing swimming pool. The food is good.

Hotel is nicely situated overlooking Freetown. It has a nice large pool and a good gym. The restaurant had really good food (the shrimp thermidor was delicious) The restaurant setting is also very nice

Amazing views from the terrace, very comfortable and clean rooms. Great pool and sunbathing space. Super great gym!
We had breakfast included in the room price, which was completely worth the money! For the rest of the meals, reasonable prices.
