We stayed at Paradise Latchi Villa with my family, and I have to say that definitely we will book it again. We've spent amazing time during our stay, and I highly recommend it.
Paradise Latchi Villa is a luxurious villa with all the comforts and family needs needed, clean and presentable and we had found no issues during our stay. In comparison with other villas in Latchi or any others near the area, I believe that specific villa is outstanding, exceeded all our expectations in every way and most important the kids had excellent playtime at the private, big, and clean swimming pool within the Villa.

The layout is fantastic-pool area perfect and it’s within walking distance of beaches-bars and restaurants.
en-suite could do with an extra clean-an extra lamp in the dining room would be nice too.

We stayed in Paradise villa for a week in May and it was brilliant. Koula the host was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly stay again .

The pool was fabulous. The location was great for beaches and walking into Latchi for the tavernas. The lady who looked after the property was charming and helpful.
The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Some of the outside furniture needs a bit of maintenance over the winter months.

The space was generous and the pool was larger than many. The local key-holder was a sweetheart - she even lent us her smart tv to make up for the shortcomings of the Greek-only, basic channel tv provided by the owners. Good variety of outdoor seating areas. Location really suited us.
If your idea of a luxury villa is staying home for repairmen (6 times), shopping for household basics and laying on sun-rotted loungers watching the pool slowly go green, then this place is for you. Broken bed base, broken dishwasher, electrical problems, pool problems, sun bed problems, basic supplies missing - adequate number of glasses, batteries for remote control, functional bottle-opener, chopping board and more. Major problems were eventually fixed, but why did we have to have to put up with them in the first place?

Everything was awesome!!! The contact per e-mail with all our questions before our Triphad started and the contact with the local staff Mrs Rina was also so nice. Everything is very close Supermarkt with fresh rolls every morning, beach, boats, Restaurants and nice bars and playgrounds, but also in the same way very much private and quit!

Beautiful modern, spacious villa. 5 minute walk to excellent restaurants and the beach.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with pool and it was cloudy when we arrived. This was however quickly rectified by the host and a pool man.
