El desayuno, pues nada era elaborado, todo comprado y la ducha pues era pequeña, estrecha y al tener cortina acababas mojando todo

Adoramos lá estar e voltaremos com certeza, pela casa e espaço em si. Parte exterior junto à casa exelente . Casa bastante confortável e acolhedora com exelentes condições , limpeza extrema.

Quando chegamos, visto estarmos a norte de Portugal, achei que teriamos uma receção mellhor. Não foram calorosos, não nos deram qualquer informação sobre o que visitar ou experimentar. Não nos indicaram quaisquer restaurantes de referência. Quando chegamos á habitação embora não esperassemos ter uma despensa recheada, podia no minimo ter 4 ou 5 cápsulas de café, açúcar... algo básico. O exterior junto à piscina estava bastante desmazelado incluindo a piscina com falta de limpeza. O valor é um pouco alto em relaçao ás condições exteriores e falta do pequeno-almoço (que se o quisermos não justifica o valor dele, não é propriamente um pequeno almoço continental)

Não pedi pequeno-almoço, mas a kitchenette tem todas as comodidades para preparar uma refeição. O espaço era fantástico, o projeto de renovação teve uma boa atenção aos detalhes, a casa é isolada termicamente e sente-se que o é. Apesar de termos ido num dos dias mais frios do ano (Janeiro, época baixa), estivemos sempre muito confortáveis, a casa verdadeiramente quentinha. A lareira e a banheira de hidromassagem foram a cereja no topo do bolo. Na manhã de domingo passeámos pela quinta com as crianças, foi muito tranquilo. Foi um fim de semana perfeito e a um preço realmente barato para a oferta.

Gostei de tudo. Penso que o espaço teria todo o potencial para albergar um animal de estimação (temos um cão que não pudemos levar), mas entendo e respeito a decisão de não permitirem animais.

Our first reaction was wow. The location on a vineyard is beautiful and peaceful. Lovely views and a secluded patio. Superb floor to ceiling windows downstairs and upstairs. Spectacular but the cause of frustration that spoiled our stay a bit. The trouble is that the whole width is covered by one electrical blind so it is the whole window or none. With it open the bed was in full view of the access road through the property, it would have been nice to be able to open one side to enjoy the view but remain private. The same happens downstairs but more seriously the blind also covers the door which could be a problem if egress was needed urgently and there was a power outage. The brightly lit emergency sign in the bedroom was annoying as it spoiled my sleep. (Is this really needed?)

The sink collapsed within the work top, the owner sent a lovely lady but she had zero English and we felt she did not appreciate what was wrong. It was mended a couple of days later but we were not asked if we were happy that a plumber came into our space nor did we get an apology. We were told the reception was open each day but we saw nobody during our whole stay. Sadly what could be a ready special place was spoiled by design details and the lack of attention by the owners.

Good location

the owner appears to be fake friendly. In the description it mentioned an outside bed, which I thought was fantastic, when I questioned it the owner said it was out of use. I ended up discovering that it was stored. The bed was one of the reasons I chose that room, and paid extra for it. And much to our shock, upon check-out, the owner placed a vacuum and a laundry basket outside the apartment, didn't mind waiting for us to finish leaving. she even asked the employee to remove my towel and bikini, which were outside drying. she poor thing apologized so much, but she was following orders. we ran out of there, still within the exit time limit, like fugitives. this behavior by the owner of the establishment is to be regretted, she does not like to see people circulating there, there are restrictions, the staff are polite but appear afraid. a place that has everything to be excellent, it just doesn't know how to receive. We don't like it.

Quiet location and integrated into a property with well-kept outdoor spaces

After reading the property reviews and evaluation rating (9.6), we booked two nights in the Apartment with Terrace. Upon arriving to the property we where pleasantly attended to by the lady managing the check-in, who handed us the key to the apartment. When we entered the apartment there was a very strong smell of damp, we also noticed that the curtains had mold stains on them. We tried to open the windows to air out the space but quickly came to the conclusion that this would not work. After 15 minutes in the apartment we decided to leave the property and book a stay elsewhere, because the air was unbreathable. We cannot recomend this apartment in the winter, maybe in summer the problem with humidity is not so serious. Also the location of the apartment on the property is not the best, it is located between the interior street and the parking lot, which compromises guests' quiet and privacy, it is not by chance that the only exterior photograph of the space on the site is a nocturnal image which can be misleading. In summary, we consider that this apartment, in its current state, does not meet the conditions to receive guests, and is far below what the general score of the property could predict.
