Davide & Nicoletta were super helpful. Quick with answering any questions. Davide waited for us until 3am as our flight was cancelled and then diverted to Palermo. Nicoletta popped over when power went off in the whole area and informed us when it would be back on. Absolutely amazing! The lady serving us breakfast was very nice and helpful and her tomato salad is my absolute favourite (sadly I didn’t catch her name) Thank you again Allan & Eva

Everything! 😊 Great room, comfortable and modernly furnished. The rooms have direct exit to a very nice terrace where you can have a rich and diverse breakfast. Great hospitality, Nicoletta waited for us with fresh coffee and water and provided good recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Good location 10 min walk to the city center and to the beach.

New facilities, super clean room, very hospitable host. Great breakfast (you can even select from multiple kitchens).

The room doors are not isolating sound. So you hear the sounds from very early morning from the kitchen where the host prepares the breakfast. The AC in our room was directer towards the bed which makes it hard to sleep with AC turned on.

Perfect location. Just few minutes walk to the beach and to the city center. Amazing breakfast. Amazing hosts.

First things first the host Nicoletta is just an absolutely beautiful human being, so helpful so kind and will help you with anything and everything. Her advice for the best beaches - restaurants ect were amazing and truly saved us a lot of time! In terms of location and the property I honestly have no words, as someone who is very much used to only 5* hotel this did NOT disappoint! The interior is simply stunning and super modern. Incredibly happy with our stay here and would 100% recommend to everyone!

The warm welcome of the b+b owners. Fresh and local produce served at breakfast on the terrace. Varied breakfast options. 15 minutes walk to the local beach- Pantanello beach.

Wouldn’t change a thing, however a mini fridge in the room would be really useful :):)

It has been an incredibly pleasent stay! Davide and Nicoletta are the best hosts we experienced in a long time: Caring and very Very friendly. The breakfast we had was great!!! Beautiful place and beautiful Location. Thank you guys for the really good time! We will be coming back for sure
