The glamping pod was fine and was decent value for money. The reason I'm annoyed is because we paid £45 for 3 camping pitches because t the time there were no pods available. A couple of days later a pod appeared so we booked it to avoid the midges. It was still 3 days away from our arrival soWe asked for a refund on the £45 camping as effectively this just was an upgrade, but apparently computer says no. Either that or since they had been paid twice they don't give a crap. Maybe 3 people were denied a camping pitch that night as the West Highland Way was very busy due to the exceptionally good weather.
Also the place was unmanned when we arrived at 6.45pm and left at 9 am, tells you all you need to know about the staff at this hostel. It runs itself I reckon....

Great location and the owner was passionate about her business

The glamping pods are in a beautiful location, loved the views around us. We had a very chilled and peaceful night here after climbing Ben Nevis.
The facilities are very clean as well as the pod. Well worth the money we paid!
The only downside was the glamping pod was very hot inside so we had to keep the door open during the night. A fan was provided though which helped! This was on a very warm day though which is understandable.

Nice staff, helpful with practical advice and recommendations. Clean facilities. Welcome drying shed. And the location opposite a former industrial site, actually quite fitting the story of the place. Pods well equipped with kettle, microwave, electric heater, and hair blower.

The staff member present did her best to accommodate our wishes for a larger pod.
When I booked the pod I really had no idea that there would be little room for my hiking partner and I (and our backpacks).
4.5
Great pods, good drying room, clean toilets and showers
A hairdryer available to borrow from reception would have been great

Lovely location. Good food close by.
Smaller accommodation than hoped for but the price reflected the accommodation size and facilities

Great location, quiet site, cute pods.
Sleeping bag liners extremely tight/narrow, horrible pillows. Pods very small.

Good location next to the WHW and an easy walk to town.
Very small, we had no where for our backpacks so it was an uncomfortable night.

Pods very small and cramped together - very basic and not what i would call ‘glamping’

the location is just stunning. pods are clean and comfy with a tv, fridge , kettle and microwave and the toilet and shower block is immaculate . the heater in the pod was a very welcome addition and it’s a lovely base for exploring Glencoe. a friends of ours rang ahead to see if they would put a couple of bottles of wine in the pod for when we arrived and a lovely lady on reception went out of her way to make that happen .. beautiful place and the locals are friendly .. highly recommend

As described, self catering pods. Spacious for couples and pets. Heaters worked so well! Amazing views, tranquil.
Unsure of where to empty waste water from washing up etc.?? Door was extremely hard to lock (pod 7). Other guests visiting local pubs and coming back to site bladdered and loud, slightly unsettling for us. Dusty.

Pods compact but comfortable and good location close to amenities. Person who I contacted via phone re wifi was amiable.
My friends and I found the attitude of the lady in the office very abrupt and not helpful. There was a problem accessing the Shower block and she just didn't want to help us and was quite rude in the way she spoke to my friend. She was also very sharp in the way she spoke to us on arrival. The showers were also freezing cold so after a 20 mile hike over the hills this was a dissapointment. Wifi not great but more understandable given the location.

ideal location for doing lots of travelling and exploring Scotland
nothing really it is what it is and works well
