Nice room and great host

I like host, very friendly and very helpful. For one night staying its perfecet place.

The room was very comfortable, little things like chocolates and prosecco, biscuits and coffee, make you feel at home when travelling.

Everything about the place was perfect. Nice decor, attention to details, clean and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Good coffee, kettle, fridge with cold drinks. Hairdryer, toiletries, towels, books, tv, WiFi, comfortable bed, shutters on the windows, great shower. Hosted by a very friendly and helpful owner, he lives nearby.

Nothing. We are searching for good words to say, but we can’t find any. We are a very positive couples praising hosts who strive for a good service. Even for one stay in a pretty dirty hotel in NYC (great location), we didn’t leave a bad feedback because staff was very kind and helpfull.

The “ROOM” is just a HOSTEL room, NOT a B&B (Bed & Breakfast) as advertised, with a not hospitable host.. This place is a false advertisement - not only as B&B but also for other INDICATED but MISSING amenities: no blankets, not comforter (it was a cold freezing night for us, Sept. 30, 14 grad of Celsius, being covered only with 2 thin cotton sheets, which are used for hot summer), no advertised slippers, no advertised cabinet, instead of toiletries a longer time used and many times refilled, “tired” original bottle with a soap liquid, no hot water, no water pressure, no advertised private entrance, not advertised “on the ground floor”, no breakfast as offered at B&B, the view was just of the parking lot, dirty, not maintained amenities, impolite host who dare to send us photos of our tea drops spread while disgarding into the sink and toilet, with a very impolite comment. We didn’t get the advertised 10 Euro shuttle to the airport - it was “to early morning” (we had a flight at 8.40 from the airport which is 10 min away, so we ended up paying more for a taxi). Generally this was disgusting experience. Place should be advertised in the category of hostel not B&B. Knowing all this, we would never book this place which was very expensive for the offering. I was in the middle of nowhere and difficult to find. We moved there from a nice hotel in Lido de Jesolo just for one night because of early flight, thinking that we can easily access a public transportation directly to the airport from there. In reality, you have to go back to the main station and change the bus, so is better to stay in the nice city centre. We are still waiting for our full refund from this property. We wish to

The location is quite close to the main centre and not so far from the train station. The owner was very lovely and friendly. The room was basic but comfortable and extremely clean.

The TV wasn’t working but I don’t think that’s the end of the world!

the advert said there was aircon but this is only in the common areas and in the room it was only a fan

Bed

Very comfortable bed with air conditioning made for a perfect night's sleep. The host was great and told us where we can find local bus, shops and restaurants. The location was great, close to the airport and a short walk/bus journey from the town.

Very nice location, close to the Treviso airport (by car). Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking on the square. Bathroom was shared with one other room.

The window was not equipped with a mosquito net and there were quite a lot of mosquitos. We had to sleep with the window closed, which was not so nice in summer. (there was airconditioning, but it's not comfortable to have it turned on the whole night).

All is perfect. The owner was very helpful. Location is quiet, clean and very nice.

ex kitchens should not be converted to a 1 person room. Having tiles on the walls and sockets in the middle of the wall does not make for a comfortable stay. , Being 10 mins late after the announced hour of arrival (9 PM ) should not constitute basis for threats that the host will leave.
