Great information well before our arrival date with regard to location, parking, accessing keys etc. Upon arrival the house was immaculately kept and with a great selection of goods to keep us going - as well as added extras in the welcome hamper. Couldn’t fault it!

this cottage was lovely, very clean, comfy beds and a wonderful welcome hamper. this cottage is situated perfectly and come with parking which is ideal. we would definitely stay here again.

Impeccably clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated in keeping with it's location. And The Quay - Wells-Next-The-Sea is simply stunning. We'll return again and again. Such thoughtful touches in the cottage by the owners, including a rather lovely welcoming hamper and fresh loaf of bread - delicious!
If have to be picky, a loo brush and air fresher in each of the toilets would be good.
