Bei der Ankunft war die Begrüssung so ollala,dann,wir hatten im Januar schon ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten und Meerblick gebucht und es wurde uns bestätigt von Booking ,angekommen im Zimmer war es ein Doppelbett ,zurück an die Rezeption wo mann uns dann erklärt dass es kein Zimmmer mit Meerblick mit 2Betten geben würde ,da waren wir schon sehr enttäuscht ,haben dann nach einem Zimmer mit 2Betten gefragt ,die Dame hat uns nicht sehr freundlich gesagt dass sie ausgebucht wären ,sie würde dann aber mit der Chefin reden und wir solten dann nach 3 Stunden zurück kommen ,was uns aber auf einem grossen Schild an der Rezeption aufgefallen ist dass mann für Reinigung des Zimmers extra zahlen müsse sowie für saubere Handtücher,Badetücher pro Person bezahlen müsse,das hat uns dann von den Socken gerissen ,sowas ist uns noch nie passiert ,die Dame hat uns dann erklärt dass das normal wäre in allen Hotel Club Village ,ich kann ihnen nicht erklären wie wütend ich war ,nach 3 Stunden hat man uns ein Dreibettzimmer angeboten ohne Meerblick aber zum selben Preis ,im Zimmer haben wir im Schrank einen Putzeimer,Bürste ,Handbürste sowie kleinen

La piscinec'est tout.Cet établisssement n'a pas été entretenu d'après ce que j'ai pu entendre il y a eu changement de propriétaire et il y aurait de la rénovation dans l'air alors ne jetons pas la pierre attendons de voir.cependant il y a carrément un manque d'organisation surtout au niveau de la cuisine et du restaurant peut être un manque de personnels bien que celui en place faisait le maximum pour satisfaire la clientèle peut être aussi changer le responsable des achats. A signalé aussi le barman avec sa casquette vissée sur la tête qui a été très incorrect envers moi parce que je n'était pas au bon endroit pour passer ma commande au point que pour s'excuser de son impolitesse m'a offert ma consommation.

l'état des chambres mur qui s'effrite, douche avec des traces noires entre les joints de la faience miroir du lavabo piqué de taches noires. le restaurant, très moyen pour 25 euros le repas EX: bourguignon viande pas cuite jardinière de légumes avec des carottes pas cuites ETC ETC Petit déjeuner:9h,plus de viennoiseries plus de couverts (couteaux petite cuillères)1 seul toasteur pour tout le monde etc etc

All the personel are so great, from the reception, to the chamber maid and food service...first time i have felt welcomed in the hotel here in France😊 and they should keep up the good work😊

Maybe just a little water boiler in the room, since i love to have tea before bed, but still its not a biggie😉

The location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants along the main strip. If you walk right or left, you have a great stroll along the sea.

The facilities are older, and unrenovated. We had a family suite, and the air conditioner was only in the kids room so we had to leave the doors open to spread the cool air. We liked the pool but wonder if it was clean as my 8 year old got many bumps on his skin. Furthermore, the breakfast was very basic, we wouldn't have included it if we had known it would be so bad.
