Unkomplizierte Anreise inkl. Check-in. Freundliche Kommunikation und schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Das Haus ist großzügig und funktional ausgestattet mit viel nutzbarer Außenfläche. Bequeme Betten und voll ausgestattete Küche (Schneidebretter wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung). Fussläufig zum Strand (sehr schön!) und Restaurants. Altstadt Palámos 30 Minuten Fußweg.

Für uns wäre es nur etwas für die Vor- oder Nachsaison, da das Haus am Rande eines Luxus-Campingplatzes liegt. Dieser hatte im September glücklicherweise (für uns) keine Saison mehr

The property and its location are excellent! Nicely equipped kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful area around the house, covered parking, short walking distance to the beach. The host is very kind and helpful - overall communication was very efficient, all our questions/ requests were quickly answered/solved. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

In general, our stay was fantastic - The Price/Value is amazing - You cannot go wrong with that. House is very well localized near SuperMarkets, Restaurants, and Beaches of Sant Antoni. We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 Kids and there was more than enough space for all of us. We were pleased by the well-equipped kitchen - it had everything that we needed. In addition, we enjoyed a lot of space in front of the house. There is quite a big garden - perfect for the kids and for the rest after we were coming back from the beach or sightseeing. After 5 PM it is enshadowed so it is convenient to play some games there as well. House does not have an AC, however, for us, it was manageable with the fans available - the temperature at bedtime was around 23C.

The water System is a space for improvement because the water in the shower is not heating up properly - it was quite challenging to set it up for the right temperature. Nevertheless not a big issue for us, definitely not a major problem.

House was clean and tidy, met owner upon arrival and Enrique was very helpful, off road parking with locked gates, house very secure, ideal for a group of friends to play golf in the area and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Beach within 600 yards, and a flat walk, we were there in off season and was quiet throughout our stay and we were impressed that much we will probably book again in 2023. Large garden with Olive, Orange and lemon trees, play area for kids, BBQ, on site.

Had to pay a 500 euro deposit, which we paid cash, however had the opportunity to bank transfer. There was no kettle, however owner purchased a new one and delivered, had to contact for clean towels midway through week, beds used sheets and blankets, rather than continental quilts. No real complaints, just minor and would recommend, to groups and families. House is surrounded by a campsite, so in summer months could be noisy, but in May peace and tranquility all round.
