The location was convenient
not good value for what I paid, way to expensive for the condition’s of the place. if it was cheaper maybe be will be ok. it was as expensive as other top branded hotel, with the facilities of a motel

Not too far from Lima airport, a great pit stop before the flight home. The food at the restaurant here is nice!
If you’re on the ground floor the music from reception is a bit loud but they did turn it down when we asked

Big room, comfort bed
front of the hotel under constructions, noise in the room from air condition motor outside, the guy at the reception doesn't know English, coffee pot and hot water pot were empty when we came late in the night

We stayed here for one night only.
The room is small with a seperate dito bathroom. All was clean and functioning well. the shower had plenty water pressure and hot water. When we complaint to the reception at 01:30 AM about the noise form the room nextdoor, action was taken and the occupant of the room next to ours was asked to turn of his tv, which he did. So final we could sleep. Breakfast was reasonable and sufficient. In the morning the reception had, at our request, arranged for a pre paid cab to take us back to the airport to continue our trip to Cuzco.
There are 2 hotels with this name which resulted us to be first brough to the wrong one (arround midnight after late arrival). There is no sound proofing and the tv of the room nextdoor provide enough sound to keep us awake. (however, after complaint staff took action).
The price is relatively high for Peru. since it seems nowhere near the town centre. And offers poor value for money.

Nice receptionist
Extremely noisy, only single pane windows, windows with street lights and no curtains, difficult to sleep

Day-shift staff was nice and beds were ok.
Facilities not up to par with other Palmetto Hotels in the same area. They didn't have enough smart TVs so they completed with older TVs. Bathroom not very clean. Front desk had very loud music very early in the morning. Breakfast wasn't as good as other Palmetto hotels
