Great location if driving to Spain.

Very dirty room, chewing gum on the floor. No late check in.

The room was spacious, even with the kids sleeping on the sofa bed there was plenty of room to move around. The breakfast in the morning was rather extended. You get a lot of choices, the food is fresh and the offer machines to make toast, fresh orange juice and even boil your egg as you please.

The location was good as close to the workplace.

The breakfast was not great and expensive.

Conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport. Comfortable, spacious room with kitchenette. Polite staff. There is a shopping center nearby. Convenient in relation to transport, several bus lines and a tram line.

Not well soundproofing

Nice and central for a run to or from Spain, Burger king and Hippo resturant within a few steps from apartments. Sushi bar under building was full on Saturday night so if you arrived late you would struggle to park. Clean and spacious and Breakfast was nice. Dog friendly.

Room had no curtains, bottom half was frosted but no privacy whatsoever. Easy fix.

The TV was turning on by itself SEVERAL TIMES during the night, I don't believe in ghosts but honestly that was creepy... The placement of the hotel is far away from everything in a very industrial zone. Let's say it wasn't my favorite moment in life

This hotel makes you feel young, since the conditions are more like for the student public. Cheap design is compensated by generous spaces of the rooms and parking for the guest cars.

Public spaces and lobby look more like hospital waiting rooms.

The room is clean, the supplies are complete, safty，the location is a little out of city canter. Well worth it compared to the price， very comfortable experience

Quite modern furniture, well equipped, very clean. Very close to the highway, convenient both to visit the city and the surrounding areas. Great price.

We were 4 and the apartment was not enormous. Good enough, anyway. Not much in the area. It did not come as a surprise, but car is needed to find something to do in the evening.

My visit co incited with the heatwave (40+ degrees) and the air conditioning broke down and after 4 nights of sweltering heat in the room I had to check out and find another hotel. The staff told me there were no maintenance people available from the Thursday 9th June and all over the weekend to fix the air con, and considering you are a large chain of hotels I found this unbelievable and totally unacceptable. I have stayed in your hotel several times before as my husband frequently has to go into the Hopital Haut L’Evecque as he is a cancer patient. This visit I had my 22 year old cat with me and I sadly had to have her euthanised on the 16th June with a vet in St Jean d’Illac, as the extreme heat in my room caused her multiple health complaints that she was not able to overcome.
