The apartment was huge! Gorgeous big balcony also. the pool was spotless and the staff very friendly.
nothing to do with the property itself but worth mentioning the hills/steps to get into the main town area, we had a double buggy which we gave up using as it was too much to push it back up the hills!! the streets are gorgeous but just a little heads up if taking a buggy

Apartment on top floor gave us a beautiful view of sunsets and a bit of Harbour. Jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus. Used it more than once daily. Problem with aircon was sorted out by owner very quickly. Kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery very good quality
Beds in main room were not as comfortable as expected.esp since rest if apartment was 5 star. Was not aware that the apartments was 3 floors up with no lift. It was OK for us, but if I had a tiddler and pram, or elderly parent it woyld have been a serious problem about which we were not warned

The facilities and location were fantastic. there are quite a few steps up to the property. The property was very clean and equipped. The views were stunning.

wonderful apartment, very luxurious. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in 😊 the small welcome pack was an added bonus. The furnishings, bedding etc were of very good quality.
I have a few points that I’d like to raise with the owner of the apartment. The rug in the bedroom with twin beds was a trip hazard and we had to take it up as we nearly fell. The downstairs bathroom should have a grab rail in the bath to help getting in and out, and the slip mat provided should be much longer. The kitchen tea towels were all stained and need replacing (we didn’t use them). The electronic gates to get the car in only opened on one side in the morning we left so had to squeeze the car through, luckily we could. It should be noted on the advert for this apartment that the apartment and complex are not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Apartament was very spacious and had everything you needed. Was very quiet area, lovely views and very confortable stay. I would recommend it, we were 2 copuples and 2 kids and was plenty of room for all of us. There an amazing beach just down the road, nice restaurants around and the town is beautiful.
The only thing I would say it that there was not cold water coming out if the showers.

We loved the food on offer for lunch. Very reasonable and excellent quality.
The staff were absolutely fantastic - helpful, friendly, responsive and informative.
I think 2 things
(1) there is no food or bar after 1900 - we missed being able to have a nightcap or choosing to just eat in the resort.
(2) the hills/slopes - with no lift service to rooms. This was difficult for us and we didn’t appreciate this at time of booking. The walk to shop/town involves hills, quite significant ones.

Our apartment was beyond comfortable. it had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of five, very well stocked kitchen and towels for the pool as well. Always clean and we had the pleasant surprised that they clean and replaced towels midweek.
Facilities were always spotless and ready for us to use. Pool, gym, pool bar.
It's a perfect location since it's walking distance from the town of Ferragudo where you can find many restaurant options, cute walk to get ice cream and walking distance to the beach. To the beach is the most 5 min (and we had a 4 year old walking :) ).
Also, we rented a car and we were 5 minutes from different beaches and close (between 20 to 40 min) to the main Algarve beach attractions like Carvoeiro, Benagil and Marinha.
Also, if you wanted a more city like experience, you have Portimao 7 min drive with tons of restaurants, marina with lots of tours leaving from there (I recommend Discover) and the super markets like Lidl are a 5 min drive

Lovely comfortable safe and secure premises with south west facing balconies and good quality furnishings.
We were disappointed the table tennis table was broken and couldn't be used as we like to play to pass time during our holidays.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities for a long stay if needed (washing machine, ironing board, fridge, kitchen, TV etc)
It was a short walk through cobbled streets down to Ferragudo market place and restaurants
The swimming pool area was superb, with a bar and snack area.
The complex has underground parking and secure access.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, making restaurant suggestions and bookings for water taxi etc.
The view was nothing special.

The apartment was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was really comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the garden, terrace & hot-tub were well maintained.
The staff were professional, friendly & helpful, they all made us feel very welcome.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great location, very clean, lovely spacious modern apartment
Bar area had stopped serving food and very little choice re drinks available e.g. ran out of rose, lemon ice tea etc and had no interest in replenishing stocks blamed supplier availability but was available in local shops , gym had to be booked and was often booked out when empty - all issues were covid related
