Very good accommodation in heart of Milan. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Recommend this hotel when you want to enjoy you time in the city.

I simply liked it!

Hotel was really nice, cosy and 5 minutes walk from the absolute centre of Milan. Room was clean, bathroom large with complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast were excellent.

AC was not working

It's my second time to stay with Cleric Boutique Hotel. as usual, it's located in a convenient area: 5 mins walking to Duomo; a lot of shops and restaurant around. friendly staffs. The hotel locates in a quiet street.

The temperature of the heating in the room is not able to adjust, neither to turn off. It was too hot and dry in the night.

the walls are very thin and we were disturbed from the near room that had kids screaming all day and early morning ! to be wake up in the week end at 7.30 am it is not what you expect in a hotel room

really nice small cozy and beautifuly furnished hotel with comfy beds and huge bathroom, with any amenities youd need. very clean and great communication with staff.

we couldn’t actually sleep properly, as there were constant sounds from outside on the street as well as outside our door in the hotel coming through the walls. The hotel doesn’t seem to be soundproof as the room describtion states. The garbage collection was very loud and abvious with glass shattering it seemed right outside our window. we even checked of our window was properly closed several times during the night. But it appears, the sound comes through very easily through the hotel walls as well. We could hear cleaners in the corridor and coffee being prepared downstairs as well as sounds behind our walls.

The best hotel in Milan city! The hotel is located 5 minutes from every central place in the city.

Comfortable, stylish and a lovely room. Very quiet overall. Excellent continental breakfast. Within a short walking distance of the Duomo etc. Unfortunately, I fell and broke my shoulder on our last day in Milan. The hotel staff were so very kind and helpful to us. We will definitely return and stay at the Clerici again and finish our sightseeing! There is a wonderful new restaurant very close to the hotel called IL Marchese. Would recommend.

location was great and it was quiet. spacious room

air conditioning did not work. we were so hot and the staff offered us a fan which helped but it affected our comfort. note is decorated well but really dark in the common areas.

The room was a little small and the breakfast pretty basic, but otherwise no complaints

We were only there for one brief evening and left early the next morning, but helpful friendly staff & great location. Clean room & nicely decorated. We also had our dog & one year old with us.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Llarley was very welcoming, had great communication skills and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Helped make a reservation for a massage. Arranged for a taxi to airport. Arranged additional wine glasses in room and luggage storage on checkout. Breakfast was good and gentleman at the breakfast bar very friendly and accommodating. Made good coffee and friendly conversation.
