Todo! el personal es muy amable, sobretodo Renata y Rómulo, siempre dispuestos a resolver dudas y prestar colaboración en lo que se requiera. Las instalaciones son cómodas, con TV, aire acondicionado, cobertores para los días fríos y paraguas para la lluvia. Se preocupan de todos los detalles, tanto en la cocina como en el baño. Posee un hermoso y pequeño jardín para tomar sol y lo mejor a unos pasos de la playa, por si no gustas de la arena. Aman la naturaleza y los animales. El ambiente del lugar es muy acogedor y si bien los desayunos son de pago, son deliciosos y abundantes, que merecen ser degustados. Por las tardes como cortesía, sirven un rico café acompañado de galletas o queques, para cuando llegas de los paseos. Y al momento del check out, puedes dejar tus cosas e incluso utilizar un baño con ducha si es necesario. Volvería mil veces!!! Gracias a todo el equipo de Ancoradouro, fue una hermosa estancia.

This little place is totally amazing. We chose it for its beachside location, which was better than we expected, but the flat and the staff were also incredible.

The staff, the owner, the facilities! I don’t have words to describe how welcome and comfortable I felt at Ancoradouro. It was like being at home, they helped me with everything I needed! Either to remove stains, or to suggest me amazing guides on the island! The breakfast is amazing and the kitchenette is for simple meals but very effective and well equipped for that. The flat was really comfy and the shower pressure amazing compared to other places in the island. Location is also good! You can’t hear any surrounding noises on the flats and thank god for that. I didn’t want to leave!!

Amazing location straight onto the beach. Fantastic value for the location. Breakfast was great value too - buffet style with freshly cooked eggs for 25 Reals per person. Apartment was cleaned every day and beach towels were provided. The main lady at reception (so sorry I cannot remember her name!) was amazing.

I was assigned a room behind the staff accommodation on the ground floor. There was very little natural light and no view when compared to the other rooms on the property.

Where to start! I absolutely loved my stay here. I arrived tired with a lot of luggage, during the Brazil World Cup game and the receptionist let me check-in later to watch the end of the game at a local bar. All of the staff was super friendly. Carol was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and spoke wonderful English which is not common in Brazil. The Flat was really large with a living room, couch, kitchen, TV, and full refrigerator. The bathroom and bedroom were large and comfortable. TV worked, AC worked, WIFI worked. It was like staying in your own apartment with the perks of a hotel stay. Promptly cleaned my room and made my bed when I was out for the day. The location is literally stunning. You walk out to Boats and sand beach with ocean perfect for swimming. Bars and Restaurants all a short walk. I really miss it there and the people! You can also pay for a gentleman to carry your bags back and forth to the pier which I recommend if you have a lot of baggage. Would stay here again absolutely!

The sheets could have been softer but it didn't help that I ate in my bed! :) Remember to bring sunscreen and bug spray as you are visiting a tropical island!

The hosts were really nice and helpful with the transfer to our next destination, the location is awesome and the flat was really clean. We especially liked the water dispenser, so we needed no plastic bottles for the whole stay!

We were able to check in early, which made our plans a little easier. The flat is nice and has most of the things that we needed. Close to the beach. Nice and very helpful hosts. Good breakfast.

- No sea view! The pictures make it look like it's a seafront property. It's actually in the third row. - Wifi: four different networks with different passwords, but didn't work well in most areas of importance, like bedroom - Some basic kitchen utensils missing such as bottle openers, etc.
