Had a great family holiday, the villa was clean and lived up to the description on the site had great amenities, plenty of room and things for the kids to do. 5 minutes from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to any large family can't think of any negatives.

We stayed in the villa for 7 days (from 20 till 27 may 2023) with 11 adults and 1 baby. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean with nice furnitures, enough room for everybody. The pool was cleaned every other day. Lovely garden with a big barbecue and sunbeds. More than enoughs towels for the beds outside as well as inside the villa. The kitchen has eveything what you need for your stay. Nothing in the house as well as outside was broken. Playa Blanca gad nice restaurants, shops and harbour. Theresa the owner is a lovely and friendly lady and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommand this house to everyone. If you book your vacation in the villa we hope that you have a wonderfull stay as that we have. Thank you Theresa.

Amazing villa, great location and great host. The host was always on hand to answer any questions, before and during our stay. The villa was perfect and had so much to offer for our family. Great location with a nice walk down to the restaurants. We did get taxis home but they were between 4 and 5 euros depending on timings. Perfect holiday. We cannot wait to visit next year.

Great communication with owner, who went out of her way to make a journey to deliver cots and high chairs. Lovely villa with everything you could want. We all had a great stay.

A fabulous property with first class facilities located within a short walk of the amenities of Playa Blanca. Teresa was so helpful and accommodating which added to our experience. Couldn’t have asked for more from our family holiday.

Absolute fantastic communication from the start from Teresa, helpful with ideas for transfers, taxis, takeaways, the villa was ready as soon as we arrived which was a lovely surprise. The villa itself is in great condition, spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. Pool a great size our party of 12 all had a fantastic time. A villa we certainly will be looking to return to!

This property had great facilities for our large family , plenty of space and we appreciated having basketball/table tennis pétanque court etc it all made it for us. The electric scooters in Playa Blanca were very very handy to get about on as the property is a good walk from the town and further even to the marina but this didn’t matter . Thank you

This villa is amazing, it lived up to expectations and more. The owner Teresa is a lovely lady very helpful and communication was brilliant pre, during and post trip. The location is spot on, not on top of all the hassle and bussle of the main town but only a short taxi ride or slightly longer walk away. The villas facilities and amenities were perfect for a larger family. The pool was big and perfect temperture in the Lanzarote heat. Couldn’t have asked for more during our time here and we will definately booking again!

The villa was perfect for my friends and I staying with 8 children aged 0-11. We had so much space and tons to keep us entertained. Everything was in good condition and the place was clean and airey. The pool was colder than I expected given that the description states it is heated. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

More than lived up to expectations regarding size and facilities.

Although the weather could have been better we spent a really enjoyable 8 nights at the villa. Everything we needed was there, even a high chair and a cot that we could utilise for our grandson. Teresa was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered any questions very quickly. Thank you again!

From the start of our booking until leaving, we have had a wonderful stay at this villa. The facilities are 5 star and as a group of 2 families, provided everything we needed - especially with using the annexes to provide everyone with their own bit of space. Teresa as a host was fantastic - providing great communications and information about the villa and also the local area and faculties (restaurants, shops, excursions, etc). Overall, we had a truly wonderful break - having lots of fun and creating memories! Just a pity we only stayed for a week but would definitely return in the future!

Beautiful house and pool area. House spotless clean. Good location , only 5mins drive from centre of Playa Blanca, about 25 mins walk. Would love to return some day! Would highly recommend!

Superb villa with all the facilities we needed for our yoga retreat. Excellent communication with the owner who was waiting for us upon our arrival.

As a family party of 6 adults having just returned from a weeks holiday to this fabulous property, we found the property to be excellent in many ways. Pros.... excellent 4 bedroom main property and an annex for larger families. Everything you could ever need for a villa holiday, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. All cooking facilities and dishes pots and pans and cutlery you can ever need, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a jacuzzi bath and overhead showers. Safe off road parking under cover and behind gates. Lovely big heated pool with water feature. Lots of sun beds and sitting areas outside in the garden area of the villa. There is an outside barbecue area which we also used whilst there. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood. Cons.... There is no air condition in this property which wasn’t really required at this time of the year but I can imagine it would be a problem in the summer months. The property is a 20 minute walk to the bars shops and beach which didn’t affect us as we had a hire vehicle. The swimming pool is solar heated and doesn’t really get warm enough to swim in comfortably. All in all we had a wonderful family holiday in this villa and we will definitely come back again for our winter sunshine holiday.

First time I have ever booked through the Home/Away app and was really nervous as I was was booking the villa for my mums 50th birthday, my sons and husbands birthday are all on the same week. So wanted everything to be perfect, from booking the villa and when messaging Teresa she always answered me back straight away which gave me peace of mind. When we walked in to the villa we were blown away with how big it was, it lived up to the expectations of the pictures and even nicer. Pool area and gardens were lovely. We were never out the pool and the kids loved it. Loads of towels to use and washing machine there aswell.Was great not fight over a sun lounger on holiday. The men played bowls the whole holiday and basketball.Couldn’t see one bit of outside which was great, peace and quiet. A 15 minute walk down to beach and shops, restaurants was very hot so we would just jump in a taxi back cost 3 euro.Great villa, and can’t wait to book again.

We have had a wonderful two weeks at villa Enjoy. The property was everything we needed- clean,spacious, well equipped. The outside pool and eating area were perfect and everything was well maintained throughout the stay. It catered for the youngest (9 months) through to the oldest (rather not say) Thank you for a great two weeks.

From the very first time we made contact with the owner to book this property we received a swift and helpful response. We needed to book a mobility scooter for a disabled traveler and the owner helped in providing information. On arrival the villa was beautiful and the most generous food hamper was gratefully received. The layout of the property and gardens allowed for the different couples to find a little time of their own. The annex was a very welcome addition and allowed our disabled guest to leave the property with ease as no steps to the front of the property. The annex was hot and even with fans was a little uncomfortable at times. The pool was lovely and kept clean with the maintenance guy popping in twice during our 1 week stay. Caution: the tiles around the pool can get very hot for small children. The villa has a wonderful outdoor BBQ area and additional outdoor eating facilities. The location of the outdoor space allowed young children to go to bed and enjoy a restful nights sleep whilst adults enjoyed an evening of good food and conversation knowing the children were safe and very close by if they woke up. Local amenities were all very good and we enjoyed meals out as a family on a couple of evenings. The Flamingo beach is set in a lovely cove and is most enjoyable with cafes, shops & bars just a stones throw away. Sunbeds are charged at 6 euros per day which includes a parasol but the beach is kept very clean, life guards on site and the ambiance for both children & adults very pleasant. We have now used Home Away to book holidays in both America and here in Lanzarote with no issues at all. We would certainly book this villa again and have confidence that Home Away has the booking protections in place to allow for a stress free booking. Teresa thank you so much for the personal attention you offered us. We spoke a few times during the week and you were always very quick and efficient to reply and act. This property is everything you could want and more .. Teresa the owner is a fantastic host, in contact with information prior to our arrival and there to meet us in person to show us round. The villa is fantastic, our holiday pictures look amazing .. I would highly recommend this as a holiday destination.

Villa is exactly as described. Great location, spacious with lots of mod cons. Teresa is a great host, she answered lots of emails prior to booking, and accommodated our changing needs. We met on the day and were shown how everything worked, the welcome food package was plentiful too! The attention to detail really adds to the experience. Can’t wait to return :)

Very nice villa excellent interior. Unfortunately weather was not good enough to muse pool to its full potential but would stay there again.

Had a great holiday villa perfect for our family get together had every thing we needed friendly greeting on arrival showed us round and explained everything to us was happy to change our cleaning day due to more family arriving Cleaning ladies did a lovely job very thorough we really appreciated being able to stay on for several hours extra on our departure day many thanks to Teresa hope to return one day

Hi Teresa , Many thanks for making our family week together so enjoyable. The Villa was fab and had everything which was needed. The pool is a fantastic size and the outside space, swings, skittles etc....... great for children. Lovely BBQ area and seating which we loved. Lots of nice little touches like the welcome pack of milk, fruit, tea bags etc............pool towels , pool toys for children The town took about 15/20 mins to walk to and had plenty of restaurants and bars as did the Marina and Port. Taxis very reasonable only about 3/4 euros to get back. Our week went to quickly !! Thankyou.

We had a one week stay in the villa to celebrate my 70th birthday. For a four day period we had 11 people staying at the villa. There was plenty of room throughout to accommodate all the family whether it was bedrooms, dining or lounging round the pool. There was plenty of storage for food and drinks with a large chest freezer which we found very useful. This villa is ideal for families with a full range of kitchen appliances provided for those wishing to dine in. The pool area is quite large and again ideal for children with play area surrounding the pool. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa for rental purposes.

Wow a fantastic holiday at the Villa which had all the facilities that we would need. The owner was there to welcome us and made sure everything was Ok. The facilities were better than we could have expected the swimming pool was fantastic for all the families needs. We were welcomed with a start up bowl of bread tea sugar fruit etc and there was plenty of clean towels. The WiFi strength kept the teenagers and their parents happy. The owner was very quick in response to a broken fan sorted within the hour, impressive. Villa suitable for families and groups. For the less mobile the villa was a bit far out but there was a great taxi service which was always there within minutes of a call. The Villa was spacious for larger numbers to have their own area. From the gazebo to the patio from outside barbacue and dining area to inside dining. The Villa also had plenty of equipment for cooking and dining and the added bonus of games books and DVDs if needed. We would recommend this Villa a fantastic holiday. Thank you.

We spent a week in this property within 4 adults and 3 children. It was just perfect for our stay. Immaculately clean on arrival with all pre communications very clear and informative. Close to shops, beaches and restaurants so it had all we wanted. Teresa was very friendly and local if we needed anything. I would highly recommend the lovely villa to family’s or groups. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an amazing time at Villa Enjoy - it had everything we needed and the pool area was incredible. I was also so impressed with how clean it was on our arrival - I don’t agree with comments about an update, it was above what we expected considering the price which is so reasonable. Theresa was also very communicative and very lovely to deal with - would highly recommend!
