Nothing at all

Air cond not working properly,Wallpaper condition, smelly rooms, no towels changing bathtub very dirty, the owner sent me a txt msg on booking.com that he might cancel our booking the morning of our check-in day because of unclear reason from his side.

Just 2 mins from MRT. Staff good in English.

It’s look like a cheap hotel/motel

The room was a great size, comfortable and dark.

The room smelled like cigarettes and there was ash on the floor in the toilet. We could hear guests from other rooms. The bath was not clean.

I was given a premium room with a lovely corner tub and I was really happy to soak in it ^^

I think some of the staining in certain areas (wallpaper, bathroom tiles, toilets, etc.) should be adjusted. Air conditioners should be updated.

The a/c works great in the 2nd floor rooms. It's alright up on the 7th floor, but you need to fudge around with it a bit.

The drain on my bathroom floor was clogged when I first arrived, so I only used the tub. This was okay since the tub had a hand sprayer, too, but I would've like to use the main rainfall shower head :(

Linens were stained, window screen had a hole (mosquito got in), rust and lime stains in bathtub...

The location, really close to the subway. The air conditioning system was really brand new.

I'm sorry to say the hotel was really disappointing. We had to change room once and our friends twice, which led them, at the end, to change the hotel. Me and my roommate didn't because we didn't have the money to do that, but the situation was really nerve wracking. We found the rooms dirty. Dust everywhere, toothpaste on the desk, not identified elements in the bathroom, hair on furniture and on the floor, mold on walls and in the bathroom, plus the towels, together with the sheets, were full of permanent dark and red spots. The staff tried to kinda help, but even if we spoke a little bit of korean, the complaints were too many for them to do something actually useful. Moreover we asked to talk with the owner, but they said it wasn't possible. There was no way to resolve the situation so, seen the fact that we were going to spend only 3 nights there, we surrendered.

The room was modern, clean and well situated. Across from the hotel are street food vendors and amazing little shops selling all manner of Korean food and goods.

Great CP value, Great location, neat and comfort room, delicious free breakfast. Had been renewed since I came here last time, transformed from love hotel to modern design hotel! Plus free fresh coffee in the lobby, don’t miss this hotel when you came to Busan!

I like that they are computer, hair dryer, hair straightener and almany accessories.

I didn't like bathroom as there were no separate dry and wet zone.
