I arrived at Rockypop and was immediately impressed with the appearance and atmosphere. Staff welcomed me and allocated me a room without fuss. I was shown where to find complimentary coffees and water and the entire checking in procedure was swift and efficient. On reaching my room I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and cleanliness of the room. I ate in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both the meal and the continued splendid views of Mont Blanc

There are no negative comments I could make

The rooms were clean and very quiet which was the most important thing for us. Breakfast was great and especially before walking the TMB.

The movie theme in the corridors made them very dark and gloomy.

The location was amazing, and the hotel was great with all the games and things to do! Food was really good, and staff friendly.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Could have more space in the bedrooms.

Rocky pop was the most amazing hostel I've ever been. The price in my opinion totally suits the location and facilities. Also the breakfast was a great buffet with a variety of all kind of food, including sweets such as crossiant,different type of cakes, jam , hand made chocolate hazelnut cream, also bacon,(which was really tastety), different types of cheese and salami, along with fresh fruits ,juice and hot drinks. I'll most probably go back to stay there again soon! P.s: there are boiler in the shared area , also a big fridge and free coffee all the time. There is a foosball and snooker to play for free which are both supper cool.

Love the them of the hotel. Rustic alpine on the outside and funky arcade slash diner slash star wars etc .. satisfies the adults that it looks alpine for an alpine holiday and satisfies the kid in you that grew up with Atari and star wars and diners

The place is unique and affordable at the same time. Staff was super kind and helpful. Loved the postcards in the room. Sent one home from Chamonix. Beautiful touch!

The feeling of hallways was a bit like on a ship and navigation seemed a bit strange but you can get used to it. There we re quite some activities but no gym, would be grate to have one.

We found the restaurant staff to be very rude. Everything was a hassle. The rooms also didn’t have very good sound proofing, so we were often woken up by the rooms around us.

The hotel had a really nice vibe, with some really helpful staff and nice touches (ski shop) and bus shuttle. The room was comfortable and there is parking. The restaurant was nice and the games room good fun to have.

Confusion over breakfast times and kitchen not always opened. A lot of adverts on food being available at 3pm, but then there was none. It is a little far from the slopes and the busses are not always easy to navigate. We weren't told that the night bus back to the hotel costs 2 euros (for example) or that the breakfast times are different during the week and during the weekend. Some of the communication could be better.

Kitchen lost on quality. No local specialities for half board. Cocktails are now standard and tasteless. 4 times our meats/fishes were way overcooked.

Our group of 8 especially enjoyed the amazing view of the Mont Blanc summit which almost vertically above the hotel.
