Location close to the bush was wonderful.

There were issues with hot water and heating. Finally fixed on day 3. There were several soiled utensils from previous visitors in the kitchen drawers. Surface cleaning very good. Time for a deep clean!

Fabulous stay!! Our first time at Dinner plain and didn't know what to expect but our experience was just amazing of the the accommodation and dinner plain itself. Close to snow play area and the backyard had snow at the door steps. We have fell in love and will definitely return. Highly recommended and will return to stay here again.

The apartment was immaculately clean with all the amenities we needed plus open fire and heating kept us so comfortable. The apartment was perfectly located and with parking to make it easy to access.

The pre-warmed gas fireplace made us feel at home the moment we walked in. The house was well decorated & set up with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Even down to the coffee machine, although you do need to bring your own Nespresso compatible pods! The location is great, there is a restaurant straight across the road, pub a short 1 min walk & the central part another short 1min walk. You can hire all your snow gear including toboggans from there, with Mount Hotham only 15 mins away for a nice day trip. Would definitely go back again next time :)

Hot water didn’t work - plumber had to be called twice. Lights were a nightmare as kept going off. Heating was not adequate. Instructions for gas heater very poor (switch ON leave - Switch OFF leave)! Should say switch ON for ON and OFF and leave! Television in bedroom took an hour to work out how to change channels. TV in living room slightly better! Had to ask several locals how to get into SNOWGUMS as we were only sent a code which didn’t work on the door. Lucky to find someone who suggested the ACCOMODATION place at the foot of the hill and they were very helpful. Overall it was a total nightmare. What we paid was a joke for the inconvenience of having no hot water at night and an arrogant prick who came in the morning and somehow managed to turn the water on hot which went cold after one minute in the shower and he had to come back again. My partner was terrified the hot water wide switch off at any minute and leave her with shampoo everywhere - NEVER AGAIN!!! One toilet roll. One bar of soap 4 Tea bags
