The apartment is fully furnished and in excellent location. Staff very friendly until the situation i Will explain below.

As a lawyer ; i know that in contract you change without previos advice. In the Booking contract and in the register papers It stipulate that check out hour is at 12 am but the administrator of the appear in a rough manner asking to vacate the apartment. I argue with him that we were on time for check out because and he reply that because is high season they change the check out to 11:30. Really without a previous notice ,i was in the apartment 5 days ; a simple notice in the door will fulfill the requirement. I was so angry that if my lawyer license was valid in México ,i Will sue the property at the moment.it spolied a great birthday weekend and the good imagen from all the good mexicans that i share this time. SO MY FELLOW US CiTiZeNS and of other Countries ; I dont recommend this AIRNB until correct this situation. And Booking .com feel free to contact me ; if want to investigate this situation. Feel sorry because this Airbnb could get an excellent, but the actitude of one that represent the owner could ruin your business

Al hacer el check out invadieron la privacidad, se metieron al departamento y ya se le había dicho que en 5 minutos salíamos, siguió tocando insistentemente y se le abrió y entró al departamento sin esperar a que saliéramos lo cual es falta de educación y fue muy incómodo porque no se presentó solo se quedó en la sala mirando con una actitud agresiva y nada cordial.

Only wish was a oceanview Balcony. Can't have it all.

Great rooftop pool deck, excellent location. The apt is bigger than it looks in pictures. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook if that’s your thing. We ate out everyday.

The jacuzzi isn’t heated. Its a “cold jacuzzi”

The rooftop is amazing. We loved the pool and gym. Location was very nice as well, close to everything we needed. The unit was big, well decorated and comfy. 2 bathrooms were really a big plus.

There was no soap/shampoo to shower the first day, and when we found out the shops were already closed. The owner was not close by, and responded very late, so couldn’t help us. Unfortunately we showered with hand soap. Next day we went to buy some. No windows in the unit and the terrace is facing the elevator/stairs. Not a very good location for a terrace. Also no basic condiments, no salt/pepper, oil, paper towels, coffee etc. If you want to make breakfast you need to buy every single thing. At the end, we enjoyed our stay and just went to sleep in the apt.

I was aware that I would be giving a 3rd party my money due to the being out of town I have one towel for the entire weekend I had to make 2 calls regarding the toilet as I was leaving I gave the key to front desk as I was checking out he stated he could not take key but at the end he took the key bathroom rugs dirty

Beautiful building and lovely condo and the Rooftop pool and amenities are exceptional. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The location is by far one of the best in the Romantic Zone. Will definitely consider staying there again.

My only complaint is that the acoustics of the building are quite loud with lots of echoes. People talking, doors closing could all be heard. Thankfully it was full of quiet and considerate people.
