Bright, clean, comfortable, short walk to town and Inlet

A couple of maintenance issues

House was spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped with everything needed and a short walk to shops and beach. Overall a very nice place, we would come again with a family group.

No sealed driveway so with the recent wet weather we had to park on the road and unpack in the rain then carry everything to the house. Also front steps are quite steep with 2 elderly ladies and another member with a broken leg. Disabled access really could be improved.

The property is very clean and fair about the needs.

central and easy access to all facilities. Home was clean and comfortable.

Dishwasher would be an advantage.

Great comfortable home. Everything within walking distance. Enjoyed our time there immensely.

Great location, plenty of room, toys for the kids, clean and a big yard.

Noise travelled very easily in the house. It was hard for the kids to sleep when normal conversation seemed very noisy.

Plenty of bedrooms, easy walking distance to the water and town

Property was petty grubby - the top of the fridge was visible to me (I’m not super tall) and it was covered in grease and dust, though the interior was clean. All the pedestal fans were heavily congested with dust. Skirting boards also dusty. Most glasses were visibly very dirty and needed washing before use. Lounge room area is not particularly comfortable for sitting and the futon badly stained and in need of a good clean. Lots of the furniture is also broken. Cheap flat pack furniture that hasn’t been assembled well, and the fronts of drawers and cupboards fall off when you’re trying to use them. Real estate agent also phoned me asking me to pay about a week before the trip, saying money was owing. I had paid the balance already and they had misplaced it, and I had to send details of the transfer via email. All in all not terrible, but it could’ve been more professionally managed, and could’ve been a LOT cleaner.
