The location was great. Layout and fit out were good. Thoughtful supply of utilities.
The carpet was full of black mildew, and the walls and windows were also coated with mildew. My husband and grandson both suffer from asthma. Both were ill because of the carpet. Both needed to take significant medication.I believe the property should not be leased until this problem is rectified. It is a health hazard.

The house was a great size and easily suited our needs. The games and the wii were a great hit with young and old. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining table comfortably seated us all.

Beautiful home, wonderful location. Some added extras in kids entertainment such as a Nintendo Wii and some board games, DVDs and books. Really really loved the place. A credit to the owners.
