it was clean, well equipped and checkin - checkout was super easy.

The view from the balcony is amazing, the apartment is clean and very comfortable and the communication with the owner was perfect, there were even boardgames for the kid. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The elevators are very fast and good, so you get to the 19th floor for seconds, without even noticing.

Great location and easy room access on arrival due to use of lock box.

The furniture in 1907 is a bit shabby and wardrobe door fell off on arrival. Room layout not as good as 1904 and free WiFi was intermittent.

View from apartment was amazing.. we were beside the park and location was convenient to my sisters apartment so I was delighted..

I thought we had a separate bedroom to the sofa bed in the living area but it worked out ok as I was with my 2 children.

This is an apartment. If you arrive outside normal hours you have to ring the owner so they meet you to collect the keys. This is located in the same building as the Dorint Hotel, so you can go into the bar there for a drink & meal. It is about 1.5km from centre of town so ~20 min walk. Bakery ~200m down the road where you can get coffee & pastry for breakfast. There was a coffee machine and a few pods in the room. Studio apartment that would be quite large for a hotel room. 19th floor, spacious balcony with great view.

When I booked this on booking.com I was not initially aware this was an apartment, I booked on the recommendation from a colleague who lives in Augsburg and when he recommended Hotelturm, he really meant the Dorint hotel which is a full service hotel in the same building, so I didn't do any laundry.
