The receptionist was extremely pleasant. Friendly and available.

My return flight was in the morning, which meant that my breakfast had to be rushed. When I was leaving breakfast, I took a muffin with me and the lady who was there forbade me to take it. I thought it was totally disrespectful because she said I should sit down to eat if I wanted to and not leave with the muffin. I've been to several hotels and I was shocked by this very ugly and unpleasant behavior. If it's part of your policies, fine, but it's extremely unnecessary!

I really had a nice stay with the family and also the breakfast was good. I enjoyed every stay, definitely coming back.

Breakfast is excellent, with lots of options. The location is wonderful for both business and leisure

Well located in a calm area, near eastgate mall. Very friendly staff. They arranged an early check-in for us as we arrived earlier. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the ribs were fantastic😂

The rooms curtains had stains, burn marks on the carpet, broken wooden furniture and the airconditioner was not that effective. The bathroom had broken lights and you have to wait for sometime to be served breakfast

Not being informed that the aircon couldn't be used because of loss of electricity due to sub station failure. Also the wifi was not working often and again not informed therefore.

I like the breakfast, everything was fresh. The fitness centre was very clean The bar, Nkosi was very nice to us

The service from the reception was not welcoming. There was no Fridge in the rooms and the Ice Machine was not working the whole hotel. We had to go and buy ice from the garage. At least the Bar guy (Nkosi) gave us the ice for our drinks during the day.

Everything, the food was superb,rooms clean and my kids loved the pool.Big up to Khanya she is so friendly and welcoming and I forgot my phone at the desk and she ran after me to gave me.All the staff is so friendly.

Personnel au ralenti du à la lenteur du cuistot La piscine était sale, et la photo sur le site booking.com n'est pas d'actualité. Hôtel correspondant pour les personnes de passage de 2-3 jours. Il y a de l'eau chaude que dans la douche, et pas dans la baignoire et lavabo.

The hotel is centrally located and kept well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Would be nice if they could cater for Halaal though.

We had no milk in our room all 3 days. When asked staff for milk we were given cremora. If you have a tea and coffee station in the Room there should be milk as well. Towels we were given 4 and then the cleaner when cleaning took away 2 and never brougnt replacements. The soap as well. The used soaps were taken away and not replaced. Cleaners need to know what they doing for each room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.
