Island home in paradise!!
Maison unifamiliale récemment rénovée, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, piscine extérieure chauffée de 27 x 13 fermée avec moustiquaire (réglée à 82 degrés) avec solarium ... dîner / cocktails à l'extérieur dans la piscine sur solarium !! Courte distance de marche de 15 grands restaurants, 12 bars, de nombreux magasins, location de vélos et de scooters, lavage et pliage, et plus encore .... Courte distance en voiture de nombreux sites, terrains de golf et bien plus encore. Siesta Key Beach est sur le canal de voyage pour les dix meilleures plages du monde ... La plage locale est à environ trois pâtés de maisons et peut être parcourue à pied. La plage publique est en outre, cependant, de nombreux services de voiturettes de golf «Free Ride» sont disponibles et fonctionnent pour les pourboires uniquement. Ils viendront vous chercher à votre domicile et vous emmèneront à la plage et retour. Les manèges "gratuits" sont très amusants! La maison est située au 324 Avenida Madera, Siesta Key, FL 34242.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the house. The location to the beach & restaurants is wonderful; beds comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. 1 thing please: make sure people empty the garbage- on garbage day (wednesday) WE took out 4 overflowing cans- 3 extra bags on the ground and my families 1 bag!!! Lucia the housekeeper is wonderful! I will absolutely reserve again!!

Lovely older house within easy walking distance to Siesta Key Village. Large living room space with split design - perfect for two couples or parents with kids/grandparents. Wonderful pool with canal views. Well stocked updated kitchen. So nice to have our pup with us! We enjoyed our stay.

This home is all about location. We were able to walk to the beach and the village everyday! In addition the local grocery store is right around the corner.

Very easy to communicate with. Great place only a block from the village an a short walk to the white sand beach. We were in town for a family wedding an had kids an adults. Great place will rent again

We stayed with our family for a week and had such an amazing time! Second time renting from this owner. We haven’t had any issues and have loved every minute!
You cannot beat the location or price! We love love the private pool! The kids swam all day every day! Thank you for the amazing time! We will be back!

We loved this ranch home with a beautiful heated pool on the canal! Our host Jeff was very accommodating and if something needed fixed he had the proper people lined up to help. We would definitely return to this home as you could walk to all stores and restaurants in Siesta village. So far this place is fairly priced. Nancy

Had a great week in Siesta Key celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. Loved the location, the heated pool was fantastic, house was well stocked, and communication with host was great. Would absolutely return.

What a great beach house! My family of 8 stayed here and had everything we needed to cook a meal and hang out very spacious great screened in porch and the pool is amazing! The location can't be any better! The host was quick to reply.

Great location with a lot of space and a great private pool.
It was wonderful to be able to walk to the village for shopping and dining. The street was quiet and the village night life wasn't heard. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely. Good place for a couple puppies.

We loved the area and being able to walk a
block to the village. The beaches are a bit farther but walkable as well. The house was much bigger than needed for 2 adults & 2 small dogs but we plan to go back bc we loved the convenience of walking to most everything. Despite being close to the village, it was quiet when we were there in Dec.

Perfect spot Near village. Quiet neighborhood .There was no Outdoor pool furniture so a couple of chairs or lounges would have been nice . Would recommend for couple or families

Siesta Key Family Vacation
We really enjoyed this house! It was spacious and comfortable. We spent so much time in the pool every day. We even saw several manatees swimming in the canal. It is in a perfect location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We can't wait to come back in the near future.

Great location and nice play to stay!
The property is great and is in an awesome location. Had a little trouble checking in but after that it was smooth. You basically will not need a vehicle there! Walking distance to everything you need. Pool is great to cool off after the beach.
We enjoyed our stay! The only negative thing I can say is that there weren’t any extra trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels but we were able to get those down at the local market.
If you’d like to visit Siesta Key (the prettiest beach IMO) this would be a great place to stay!

Fun Vacation
House was extremely clean when we arrived. The porch and pool chairs could use a replacement. Plastic chairs were cracked and brittle from wear and sun exposure. Yard in the back could use a good landscaper for dried, broken, dead plants, weeding as well. Super location and I would highly recommend this home. Owner is wonderful and quick to all responses. We loved our stay!! We will be returning!

Ideal location within block to siesta key village, shopping, restaurants etc. short walk to beautiful uncrowded local beach. Owner responsive. Pool delightful. Great neighborhood. This rental was an absolute bargain! Enjoyed our month long stay!

Great Location and Place to Stay at Siesta Key
Traveled with a party of six during our stay at the property. The party of six consisted of teens, recent college grads, and a couple of adults. All of us enjoyed our stay at the house and found that the location cannot be beat when staying at Siesta Key. It is a short walk to the beach, we rented beach gear and a beach cart easy to transport back and forth each day. Fenced in back yard that made it easy to store the beach gear and bike rentals securely. The property is in the heart of the Village area but far enough off the path that noise is not an issue. All of the basic needs at the house was covered from towel to kitchen supplies. The pool was nice to dip into each evening after a long day at the beach and a good way to rejuvenate prior to going out to the Village for dinner and drinks in the evening or dinner and drinks at the house. I would highly recommend a group to stay at this property and I would return for a visit to this property

We love this house . We've been here before and it's as good as we remembered. It's not at all fancy, but the location is perfect and the house has anything you would need. The TV system was updated since our last stay and it was great. The kitchen is well equipped and was stocked with things like coffee filters. Any small issues were addressed promptly by the owner. We highly recommend this property.

Home away from home.
This was our fourth time staying at the gem. The home is perfectly placed in Siesta. Obviously we love it as we continue to find our way back. There were two major maintenance issues this trip and while inconvenient, they were both handled as quickly as possible.
