Honestly speaking the location is probably the best thing about this hotel. AV is just around the corner and the price is what you pay for.

I really enjoyed the hotel until they suddenly called me out of no where after a night of drinking because someone booked the room I was currently in. Apparently the room I booked was still being in use so they put me in a different room temporarily but didn’t inform me of that at all. The situation and bad management when it comes to managing rooms is what I didn’t like.

Clean, not as small as some places in Japan, easy checkin and checkout,, well equipped.

The shower tends to get colder if you use warm water for some time. Turn it off fora minute and you're fine again.

The location wasn’t bad. It is close to the Sunabe seawall and a 20 minute walk to American Village. The size of the tv wasn’t bad either.

They charge pretty expensive for parking even though it’s not really used. I mentioned that I was double charged but then ignored. On the way to my room I noticed an awful smell in the halls. The rooms were okay, tiny but good for the price. However I noticed mold starting to form on the curtains of the shower, we well as the AC would not even cool down the room and I had to sleep without the blanket on.

Its a DELUXE Appartment. Some curtains had no hooks so it was just hanging down. Beddings, sheets were dirty especially the sofa. I could'nt seat on it. Towels were not clean. The kitchen had very small old frying pans, the refrigerator had so much frost in the freezer. Had to defrost it. The management was not honest to the room we booked. We booked another superior apartment for 4 people but the room they gave was for 3 and it was very small. It was very disapointing to stay there.

No breakfast. Great location. Rooms were small but great central location.

Tried to include additional charges for parking not part of hotel, rooms advertised were not the ones recieved, broken remote for TV.

Just as the pictures! The staff was super nice and always replied quite fast. Around 15 min walk to American village.

The room was supposed to be for 5 but I think it was too small for 5 people. However The price was cheap so if you go with a limited budget I think it’s a good choice. We went for business and if you wanna use a laptop there is not a confortable place to work in the apartment. The wifi doesn’t offer a strong connection in case you wanna work, (I guess that I am used to Tokyo internet) but it is good enough if you wanna check your emails.
