Location is a walking distance from the center. Room is basic but has most of the things you need. Parking. Pet friendly.

You could hear a noise from the bar downstairs. No soap.

Cheap place, the rooms are okay, nothing to complain about regarding this.

The staff does not speak English or any language besides Hungarian. They try to help you and explain to you things but obviously, it is not sufficient and they could pay someone to at least write the basic rules in English and they could give us a sheet of paper. What happened was, they didn't tell us how to check out and we came on Saturday evening and Sunday morning we had to leave. On Sunday they do not work so you don't know how to check out. We tried to call them 10 times, then we called Booking.com for help, and we wasted precious time waiting not knowing whether we should just close the door and leave the key inside. We asked another stranger about it and he said that this is exactly what we should do. Horrible experience. Seriously, printing one sheet of paper translated via Google Translate will help people so much. I will not stay there again

I booked a room at this hotel based on the reviews however it did not meet my expectations. Yes it is cheap but not super cheap considering the average price in Szeged. Next time, I would pay more and stay at another hotel. My opinion is that It does not provide a comfortable stay for families. The room was not really clean. One of the plugs did not work.

We are grateful that they waited for us despite the delay. Kind welcome. Good communication through the Booking application. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and towels in the bathroom.

The bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom was empty. 🙄
