Pousada espetacular, linda, bem localizada, equipe do hotel muito simpática e acolhedora, recomendo 100% e voltarei.

O quarto possui uma vista maravilhosa, só de olhar já acalma rsrs. O quarto, varanda e banheiro são bem espaçosos. Muito bonitos e uma decoração bem clean. Consta com TV smart e secador também. Os funcionários foram muito cordiais. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, com opções diferentes tipo rabanada e crepe. A localização é ótima, pois fica bem pertinho da praia de João Fernandes (que para a gente foi a melhor de Búzios). Como comentado em outras avaliações, tem muitas escadas. Também pudemos estacionar o carro sem problemas.
Tinha um cheiro característico no banheiro, mesmo com limpeza o cheiro persistia. Meu namorado pediu um café (à tarde) que veio com a água fria.

You gotta be in a good shape-taxis drops you in front of hotel and then you have huge incline to get in the room.Old room with lots of ants in it.No option to get foods or even a hot water for a tea after 21:00 once bar closes.

the property was clean
the room we had reserved was advertised as having a balcony, however, upon checking in, found out there was none, only a walled in space underneath exterior stairs. also, our “superior” room was located underneath a parking lot, beside hotel laundry. Completely false advertising ; asked the hotel twice to move us but they refused.

The views were spectacular. The bed was so comfortable and the room in general was world class. The breakfast was divine and I could not fault one part of our stay if I was bribed to. We loved every moment of our stay. A fantastic place to celebrate our engagement!

* really bad breakfasts - every day the same selection, poor choice of fruits, average quality.
* ants in the room (although after we complained, it got cleaned and didn’t happen anymore)

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, but close to the restaurants and beaches in the area. Room is very confortable and big enough for a family. The view from the room is really nice. The staff is always ready and willing to help.
Swimming pool is small and not for small kids in a family (1.4m / 1.8m). The breakfast doesn't match the cost of the room (needs variaty and improvement)

The access the rooms there are several flights of stairs that can make it difficult for older people or people with some mobility problems.
