The room with sea view, as always

All good

It’s very old and run down. Hated the fact that you could only eat at the one restaurant which was so busy . Was out in a room with a view of a brick wall when I booked a sea view room .

The lift system is a little confusing.

Мы проживали 2 номерах, 2 взрослых и 4 детей.Завтрак и ужин-шеф поварам 10, особенно за торты, горячие блюда, особенно Паэлья (плов с море продуктами был изумительный) 10.Кухня очень хорошая. Единственное осторожно, если завтракаете на террасе-голуби будут вашими компаньенами....очень чистые бассейны. очень хорошие матрасы. НОмера большие, отличные террасы с жезлонгами, прекрасно загорали на террасе. И дышали прекрасным океаническим воздухом.отель большой, все логично продуманно. ДО ПРЕКРАСТНОГО ПЛЯЖА АМАДОРЕС 1 КМ ПО ПРОМЕНАТУ В ДОЛЬ ОКЕАНА. Отель находится на каньоне, поэтому с пляжа Амадорес удобнее на такси стоимость до 5 евро.(такси очень много, время ожидание менее 5 минут). Прекрасный детский бассейн , детская площадка,детям очень понравилось.Продуманная вечерняя программа с живой музыкой. В сувенирном магазине комфортные цены, кроме сувениров можно купить детям вкусняшки. До ближайшей торговых центров на такси 5-7 минут стоимость такси до 6 евро. Вообщем очень понравилось, хотим вернуться.

Можно улучшить уборку номеров. И рассшириь ассортимент в аптеке, которая находится в холле отеля.

La comida, mejorable. La parrilla del desayuno tambien.

Friendliness .everyone of the staff were so helpful and friendly..they all seemed to enjoy their work so much and nothing was too much for them. They are a real credit to the hotel..one young man stood out for me..he worked in the restaurant , bar..everywhere like all the staff, his name was Mounter, maybe African/ Egypt extract but ne was so good..he welcomed us in Irish and also other people in their native language whatever that was..German, Dutch etc. He seemed to have at least the basics in so many. The most important asset to any company, hotel any organisation is their employees and your hotel is so lucky. They should be all rewarded appropriately. Martin I also appreciated very much the complimentary bottle of prosecco, the water ,chocolate bars, apples , all of which were left for us on arrival. Also when we arrived late in the evening the lady on reception put our bags safely in to a side room , gave us a card for dinner and rushed us to resteraunt so as not to miss dinner..we were staying h/b. She then checked us in after eating. Brilliant. A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it to any one thinking of going..they will not be disappointed. Fabulous No shortage of sun beds anywhere..we had two and a table and chairs on our balcony looking out on sea and infinity pools What a stunning place.

Personally I would prefer to use Cash in the hotel rather than charged to room or paying by credit/ visa debit card.

Las piscinas y la zona de niños increíble. La sensación de estar en un barco constantemente. La comida muy bien y las habitaciones muy silenciosas, camas cómodas. Un detallazo invitarnos a la comida a la llegada aunque sólo teníamos media pensión. Es un hotel ideal para descansar y bien situado para las playas del sur de la isla (Maspalomas, Mogán, Anfi... todo a poca distancia en coche).

La limpieza de la habitación no era excelente. Llamamos para que nos prepararan picnic para el desayuno al día siguiente porque salíamos a las 6 de la mañana para el aeropuerto, por los niños, y nos dijeron que no podían porque era demasiado tarde. Eran las 21:15, creemos que no era tarde para haber apartado un poco de pan, fiambre y fruta de la cena. No nos cuadró mucho este detalle con la estupenda atención en general, la verdad.
