Zajtrk je bil dober. Gledno v povprecju je bilo vse dobro.

L'hotel è situato fronte mare a 5 km a dal centro di Umago , si possono fare lunghe passeggiate nel verde costeggiando la spiaggia , ci sono alcuni bar e ristoranti lungo il percorso . L'hotel è dotato di una piscina molto grande .

L'hotel ha bisogno di essere rimodernato , le camere e l'arredamento non sono assolutamente da 4 stelle , la biancheria da letto e quella del bagno erano di scarsa qualità .

Valamitől kiütéses lettem. Vagy vm.-re alrgiás voltam, de tengervíztől is lehetett.

if you have a room facing the park it is very noisy at 5:30 am, ( dellivery services) it’s impossible to sleep after 5:30 am you can hear other people in the bathroom (poor isulation, no privacy) Too much plastic for drinks Dirty sunbeds Evening programme should be better ( music like 30 yeaes ago)

The hotel had its own adjacent beach which was great for snorkelling. The reception staff were excellent as was Ennis and the young man who gave out the towels (sorry I forgot his name). The food was tasty but repetitive.

Our room was not big enough for 2 double beds, meaning we couldn't open the wardrobe or patio doors! Some of the bar staff were not friendly at all. If the room had been a genuine family room, we wouldn't have any other complaints.

Was really bad the room noise! It was not really family friendly place.... And buffet system terrible, is good they are not waste food! But mixing the old braun thing with fresh...I do not know, was not really sympatisch!

The hotel needs some small renovations and care in some places, for example, I have noticed some broken floor ceramic around the swimming pool if someone has a vision problem or even a child may step on it and injure his/her foot. I have also noticed this on of the stairs to reach down to the sea (dozens of bare nails/screws on the stairs)! The animation team are supposed to be more active and innovative. The arcade room is very basic and not entertaining at all. Cheese Sandwiches at the pool bar are all with meat( some people are vegetarian while others do not eat processed meat). I also noticed there are Cheese, butter, and spread chocolate as well as Honey in the meantime there is no bread to spread these on! Waiting in the queue at the reception to ask a question or inquiry about something, however, the receptionists are well qualified and extremely helpful. Finally, I am writing about the cons that I have noticed during my stay wishing to focus on these points and to solve the above-mentioned problems (I am not here to criticise!). I am Looking forward to visiting you soon this summer for a longer period ☀️😉😘

Everything. Food, drinks and personal is excellent at all service point in every time of the day. The sea is in 50 meters from main entrance. Air conditioning is nice. Rooms are a bit simple, but it corresponds to the price fully and made our whole adventure affordable.

There was a problem with hot water in our room. But it was fixed pretty quickly.

Still good location and great attractions. Especially loved the evening shows (mostly by the kids). Like the service both in house and out at the pool.

Room was on ground floor, unfortunately all noises could be heard from upstairs. Towels were not replaced in the middle of our stay for aome reason for 3 days - maybe rooms maid was too occupied? Too less sunbed on the beach - or maybe too many people blocking those with their towels... Quite annoying habit.

The location is superb.

In the all inclusive offer, all soft drinks were unnatural with a lot of sugar. The cocktails were from the machine (unnatural). It was impossible to get cream in the coffee.

1) The food is fine. There is a variety of meals and the best are the sweets. 2) The room are ok, but no more than that. 3) Some of the evening events were amusing. 4) There are bikes which can be rented. 5) The beach is really close to the hotel, and there are also deck chairs both in the hotel's garden and at the beach.

I'm not sure which standards are used to rate the hotel, but comparing this hotel with other 4* hotels I've been to, this one is more like 2*/3* hotel. 1) I took all-inclusive which turned out to include only no-name drinks and anything what I heard of is charged extra. The beer and wine covered in all-inclusive taste really bad. 2) Our room was oriented to the park (actually a parking and the entrance for the delivery trucks) and each morning around 8:00 am we were woken up either by a sound of a delivery trucks or the guys who were cleaning the streets with the dust blowing machines. 3) The pool is should be cleaned more often since there is hair and black pieces of dirt floating in the water. If used, I'd recommend showering right after that. 4) The toiletries were not replaced during our 5 nights stay. 5) We couldn't play table tennis because the balls were missing... 6) I complained at the reception that the TV remote control is not working, but nobody came to fix it. 7) Wifi was often slow.

people and staff- very helpful, nice, with our requests they had no problem - this was very very good💪🏻

the pool for kids didnt have anything against strong sunshine during the day, bees and wasps when eating outside, seagull was fun i didnt mind them
