The location was excellent - set in a quiet street but a few minutes walk to the main centre and all the main sights - everything was walkable- with great restaurants and bars nearby. We booked a junior suite with garden view. Our room was very quiet with a stunning view over the garden and pool. Our bed was extremely comfortable and room was beautifully furnished - with everything you need - separate walk in shower - with great water pressure, luxurious bath- tea and coffee making facilities- fridge and safety deposit box- bath robes and swimming towels to use at the pool. Garden room with breathtaking views over the courtyard and pool. Our room was cleaned to a high standard daily. The Breakfast room is set overlooking the pool and courtyard. Breakfast was absolutely delicious- with a choice of hot and cold options and lots of organic homemade items - I loved the homemade jams. The pool and courtyard is stunning - the pool is heated and a good size - we swim every morning before breakfast and came back and chilled in the late afternoon after hot days of sightseeing. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas . There is no licensed bar - but they operate a honesty bar - with a choice of wines - beers and soft drinks - which enabled us to have a drink in the evening in the seating area in the pool garden courtyard. The hosts went above and beyond to help us - when we were struggling to use our phones to contact our guide to arrange a local pick up for a organised trip we had arranged - they contacted them for us and also kindly dropped us back at the train station when we could not get a taxi in time for our return train. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we will return.

Nothing really

The breakfast table was rich and very well set. In addition, the hosts made an effort to serve and prepare breakfast according to our wishes. There was nothing missing. The highlight was the homemade jam. Like a poem. The rooms were spacious, super clean, very well tidied and organised. Nothing was missing. We had a fridge, there was a Nespresso coffee machine and pods were included. We were given complimentary wine and a box of chocolates as a gift. The room had air conditioning and maintained the temperature throughout our stay. There were bathrobes and plenty of bath towels and hand towels for the pool. Even though we did not use the pool, we noticed that it was kept clean. All in all, the owner went to great lengths to create a calm, relaxing and truly romantic environment. For my partner and me, this worked. If there were 6 stars, they would go to B&B Casa Romantico.

Have no complaints at all

This is our second stay at Casa Romantico (once in 2017 and now in July 2022), and it was just as a wonderful. They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and the shower water pressure and is fantastic. It’s also extremely clean. However, the breakfast is truly amazing - we literally came back for the breakfast! The loungers and pool are very relaxing. Highly recommend.

very nice location just outside of the busy part so very nice. Beautiful pool which we did not indulge but formed part of a beautiful view from the room breakfast was nice the owners were amazingly nice people who were so pleasant to speak to… We have every intention of returning this may well be our go to place an Bruges

The Reno to the units may be new, the bathtub was a little slippery in the far end, but other than that zero complaints… And this complaint is so minor it is hardly worth mentioning
