Loved the room and the view, the location was spot on, breakfast on the terrace brilliant...and of course the complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated.

Noise of bins coming and ongoing - our 2nd floor room had a window facing the river but it sat over the bin store/staff entrance.

Staff was extremely helpful, providing multiple good restaurant recommendations and reservations. Early check in was available. Breakfast was filling and delicious with friendly staff.

The area was a bit touristy, but then I was a tourist.

Breakfast was not as good as other CPH hotels we have stayed in. It is not possible to get a decaf latte only Nescafé decaf with some milk on top. They have no space for a toaster so if you want your bread toasted you would need to ask. The bread comes from Emery’s which is a great baker but generally slats yes stale or is hard and doesn’t seem to fresh from the same day. There is only one lift for half the hotel and the housekeeping also use it. There were consistent waits of 10mins for a lift. In one of the rooms we booked the shower didn’t work properly. They advised they had fixed it but they had not. Shower pressure was generally weak in both rooms we had. I requested a late check out as we had a late flight and we were travelling with a 16month old baby and an elderly person. I also offered to pay for the late check out. I was told that there were no rooms available despite rooms being available on booking. The issue was resolved but being lied to by one of their staff was an unpleasant. Many of the other reception staff were helpful.

The mattraces - they were so soft that it was falling off the bed and after two nights of sleep we left with our back hurting. It’s a pity that a hotel like this doesn’t have a normal, good quality hotel mattraces.

The location is excellent. It is at the corner of Nyhavn street which is a really nice area. Breakfast was fantastic. the hotel atmosphere is awesome. The hotel is in an old updated building with a lot of character. The old wooden beams and white walls combined with the minimalistic furniture is a great combination.

Comfortable and cosy, which we appreciated as it was very cold visiting in November. Excellent staff. The breakfast was fantastic. We spent ages trying to choose a hotel and feel we made a great choice!

good that there were a lot of hangers to compensate for lack of closet or armoire. Staff, especially in breakfast room, work very hard and stay cheerful and watchful in case guests need anything. Quality and variety at breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise.

like most hotels, they have a challenge muffling noise of guests banging doors and trundling luggage, especially in early morning.

After an issue with bathroom in first room, staff moved me to a suite that was beyond my expectations. Shower backed up, and they were so responsive. Very appreciated.
